The January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation
“National Commemoration Day”
The Triad Set of Federal Law(s) About Our Actual Freedom
Under the leadership of the Hon. Congresswoman, Maxine Waters, the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), i.e.,…
…“The Conscious of the Congress”, legislated the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation into the “National Commemoration Day”,…
…to be commemorated and celebrated annually on New Year’s Day,…
….would be the greatest contribution of our legacy as a people, and the nation, via the US President who enacted it over 161 years ago.
Also, in her interest, Ms. Waters will write about US legislative history with President Lincoln,…
…as she is bringing the “period” to his simple, but most powerful “sentence.”
What a wonderful, historical legacy that the great Congresswoman will have, adding to that which is already, except this one unites everyone in both Houses of Congress, all political parties…
…and of course, the President with her, including those deemed “enemy”, in this sacred matter of our people, as who could, or would dare say “no” to such legislation.
Speaking of “sentence”, Sentence 2, B. the heart and soul of this sacred Federal Law states the following:
- “That on the first day of January…all persons held as slaves…shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; [Sent. 1 my edited)
B. and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof,…
…will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons,…
…and will do no act or acts to repress such persons or any of them,…
…in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.
According to this federal law, Presidential Executive Order #95, actually grants cognizant, federalized, black citizens authority over the President and military, restricting them each respectively or together…
….from any repressive harm they might make directly against us, or allow
such from any persons or entities, governments or otherwise.
Further, it also states that any significant personnel group of Federalized Black Citizens, i.e., Inheriting Subject Beneficiaries…
…responsibly functioning as a We the People body politic, which presents an “any effort” plan, i.e., “Black Manifesto”…
…that we make for our “actual freedom”,…
…the Executive Branch and Military must comply with our instructions immediately upon request and expectation.
In fact, the Emancipation Proclamation is the foundation of the first, congressionally legislated, Civil Rights law in the then US history,…
…becoming the Progenitor of all succeeding such rights laws, i.e.,…
…the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of the Union’s military liberated, American African chattel slavers and their forever descendants.
Note: Section 1 of the Act, states that black citizens are authorized to “equal justice-protection under the law”, US citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens”, i.e., “actual freedom”. We just never utilized it until now
After 161 years, as its proper, moral, and legal, inheriting Beneficiaries, American African, federal black citizens are finally awakening to this latent power lain dormant within the federal government awaiting access by us.
Essentially, this is “the Promissory Note” that young, prophet Martin Luther King, Jr. prophesied to us, as he opened his August 28, 1963, (61 years ago), “I Have A Dream” speech, with the Emancipation Proclamation, saying,
“Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation.
This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves…
…who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice.
It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.”
Second only to the Declaration of Independence, the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation is the greatest moral and legal federal legislation in US history
The federal law issued by President Abraham Lincoln, Presidential Executive Order #95, is specifically for the special benefit of American Africans, i.e., federalized, black citizens, the descendants of America’s (British/USA) chattel slaves.
Being tantamount to the July 2-4 Declaration of Independence, the Emancipation Proclamation is also Part II of, or Second Declaration of Independence,…
…devised to Save the Union Republic via the unprecedented authoritative power it renders to awakening, literately cognizant black citizens.
Also, being Second to the Holy Bible, the Emancipation Proclamation is the most important Law to America’s chattel slave descendants now and forever into perpetuity.
