The January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation National Holiday
All American, US citizens, regardless of ethno-racial identity, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, social economic status, etc., being duly represented in Congress, will gladly and fully embrace January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation, Congressional Legislated, Federal, National Holiday initiative.
Through 1854-56 Republican Party, and President Abrham Lincoln, this legislation was/is collectively, a generational, and philosophical, Ideal initiative of morally convicted, white citizens, not enslaved American Africans, as they were forcefully illiterate.
Therefore, American Africans, the bequeathed of Lincoln, Subject Beneficiaries coming to cognizance of their special, exclusive authority with the President of the United States and Military, is greatest of occasions for all, white citizens to rejoice that they wishes are finally being fulfilled, be in their interest first and foremost.
It is in the memorable honor of those 740,000 plus, young, innocent, white boys and men (of willing immigration heritage), including the 38,000 American Africans of such, as well as President Abraham Lincoln, et al, who perished in the US Civil War to militarily liberate America’s chattel slaves, and end the practice, including their suffering, surviving family members for generations from then, to now, and yet to come.
Without the slightest of controversy, every member of both We the People’s Houses of Congress, Independents, Democrats, Republicans, will Constitutionally legally and morally, fully support this new, most significant National Holiday, tantamount to that of the July Fourth, Independence Day.
Such unprecedented, unanimous, partisan support of this Congressional legislation will unite this present Congress, poignantly during a time of vicious division not experienced since the “hot” 1861-65 “Civil War”, when the Emancipation Proclamation was ordered by President Abraham Lincoln.
The fact that this 1863, Presidential Executive Order #95 of Lincoln, a Republican, occurred during a Republican Party controlled 37th Congress, House of Representatives and Senate, whereas todays’ said partisan party, is morally obliged to his and Its own legacy, will gladly and fully support it, being initially, a Republican measure.
As such, the House Republican Judiciary Committee will immediately and unanimously pass It onto the Floor, where every Representative, first Republican, then Democrat, on behalf of the good citizens of their respective States, will vote in favor of the Bill, as such is the Favor of GOD in this most sacred American matter of black lives.
Hence, Annuit Coeptis – “HE/GOD Has Favored Our Undertaking” to liberate the chattel slaves and end slavery in America

Today’s 118th, We the Peoples’ House is divided, Republicans controlling the US House of Representatives, while the Democrats, that of the Senate.
Though a Republican Party Measure, the Democratic will also gladly, and fully embrace the National Holiday Bill into federal law, because it will be morally compelled by their, correct, beautiful, unprecedented, “bookend” measure entitled, the 2008, Official Congressional Apology Resolution, HR #195 (Simple), Apologizing For Slavery and Jim Crow, stating,
Resolved, That the House of Representatives–
(1) acknowledges the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery and Jim Crow;
(2) apologizes to African-Americans on behalf of the people of the United States, for the wrongs committed against them and their ancestors who suffered under slavery and Jim Crow; and
(3) expresses its commitment to rectify the lingering consequences of the misdeeds committed against African-Americans under slavery and Jim Crow and to stop the occurrence of human rights violations in the future.
Therefore, the Democratic Party House Representatives, as well as those of the Senate, will embrace this as “first step” to their 2008 commitment.
Of course, the Hon. US President, Joe R. Biden will immediately, without doubt, nor reservation of any sort, sign the Bill into law.
This Presidential Executive Order led to the 13th, 14th, i.e., 1866 Civil Rights Act, and 15th Amendments, 1870-71 1st & 2nd Enforcement (Anti-KKK) Acts, etc., is the foundation “key stone” of the intended Reconstruction period of the Union, of which this “new birth of freedom under GOD”, includes American Africans, whom were hypocritically left out of the first, or Antiquus Nordu Ordu – “Old Order of the Ages”.
