We the People of the United States of America Declare…
The Most High GOD, The Central Character of the Declaration of Independence, The Captain of LORDs’s Heavenly Host-Armies, is five (5) times mentioned in President Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, they being;
Sentences 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, the term “in the year of our LORD” (Jesus/Yeshua Christ) is mentioned four (4) times, and Sentence 8, once, “the gracious favor of Almighty God.”
Note: There is only One individual in Western and world history with such a suffix term associated with his name, which also has a like prefix, being BC, translated, as “Before Christ”.
The terms anno Domini (AD), and before Christ (BC) with the formers full meaning being “anno Domini nostri Jesu Christi”, translating “in the year of our Lord Jesus’/Yeshua Christ – Ha Mashiach.
Clause: As there are those who, while acknowledging, therefore, using the calendar dating of BC and AD, may or may not believe in Jesus-Yeshua Christ, nonetheless for the believers in Him, He is alive, having mind, emotions, etc., and subsequently recognizes the prefix and suffix associated with His Being and Name.
This acknowledgment has collateral reference in the Declaration of Independence, wherein the GOD is mentioned four (4) times, the last being “Divine Providence”, for which the Emancipation Proclamation of President Lincoln is.
The January 1, 1863, Presidential Executive Order of the Emancipation Proclamation (EP), issued and signed by the 16th US President, the Hon. Abraham Lincoln,…
…is the most important, federal law of both American Africans of post-chattel slavery experience, and subsequently of Americans of all ethno-racial identities of We the People.
The Lincoln, et al, Bequeath Inheritance
As long as “this nation under GOD…shall not perish from the earth”, President Lincoln and 1854-56 missioned, Republicans, wisely, or/and by Divine Providence, bequeathed to a future, awakening, chattel slave descendent posterity,…
…who are literally cognizant enough to also “recognize, and maintain” their/our freedom, by virtue of the powers invested in this Presidential ordered military liberation.
“And by virtue of the power, and for the purpose aforesaid, I do order and declare that all persons held as slaves within said designated States, and parts of States, are, and henceforward shall be free;…
…and that the Executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authorities thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of said persons.”
In the matter of, “in any efforts they might make for their actual freedom”, as being a well cognizant, fully functional body politic sector of We the People, the President and military are authorized to follow our directions in such,…
…as noted in Sentences 2, B, and 5, which will always be the most significantly important federal law deed ever in US history, i.e., Presidential Executive Order.
Such great, unprecedented, and duly warranted authority and power is bestowed by the government and The Most High,…
…not because of their/our race, i.e., skin color, etc., nor for a minority/majority status, religion, nationality, et al,…
…but rather the experiences of their African ancestors of the ancient West & Central Africa, Slate Trade, who as non-immigrants,…
…were unwillingly shackled in the chains of slavery, brought to America (British/USA).
As affirmed in the 2008 Official, Congressional, Resolution HR #194, “Apologizing for Slavery and Jim Crowism”, such horrific experiences, unparalleled in world history, are a primary cause for the appalling conditions of American Africans today.
Considered by US Civil War era scholars, President Lincoln’s Presidential Executive Order #95, Emancipation Proclamation, is the Second Declaration of Independence (DOI), and/or Part II of such.
The Second, or Part II of the Declaration of Independence
This correct observation is that due to the emancipation of American Africans from a generations-destroying, system of bondage inherited from the British Empire on July 2-4,1776,…
…was *deleted from the First Federal Law of the Land, thereby leaving the national security of the self-admitted, imperfect Union, vulnerable to its greatest imperfection, i.e., generations-destroying, chattel slavery.
Note: “deleted” – In the first draft of the DOI, the emancipation of American Africans was included with the freedoms of white citizens,…
…but was nonetheless, rejected by the representatives of the slave-holding colonies, threatening to not sign the document, if liberating slaves would remain in it.
See: “Free”
Therefore, effectively, and technically, Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation rendered nullified, and/or “killed” the then, 87 years old United States (1776 – 1863), replacing it with the new, whereby all American citizens, along with the American Africans,…
…hypocritically held in bondage by We the People’s, Republican Form of Government. (Art. 4, Sec. 4 US Const.) “one nation under GOD”,…
…are also Emancipated from generations-destroying, chattel slavery.
Hence, being slain by it, the Emancipation Proclamation became the “New,” Part II, “Second of,” or “Resurrected” Declaration of Independence, which focuses on its Subject Beneficiaries, i.e., the chattel slaves and their descendant children, who were deleted from the first draft.
The New Birth of Freedom
Apparently, this is what Lincoln meant in his November 19, 1863 Gettysburg Address stating, “that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom”, because the old birth of such, left out the American Africans, which if they are not free, neither is the whole of We the People, ordered “to more perfect the Union…”
The Awakened President Lincoln, came to realize the only way that the Union could be saved, and thereby keep the Republic, was by making the matters of chattel slavery the most significant, and important matter of this “nation under GOD,” saying of his near national security fatal mistake.
“My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union and is not either to save or to destroy slavery,” “If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that.”
Which of course, the latter, he did initially do, leading to the military liberation of all American Africans, thereby making them official the living, treasured, heart and soul element of We the People.
New Year’s Day, Lincoln’s intention of January first.
It appears that while the President could have elected any other day of January, i.e., 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc., instead Mr. Lincoln chose to interlock the very first day of the nations’, i.e., western world’s New Year’s Day Celebration…
…thereby locking this subtle, but highly powerful Executive Order into an already, celebrated, annual occasion, enjoining the meaning of this sacred day and date, with that of happiness, i.e., the joy of The LORD,…
…which helps to evolve us into the fullness of our new, We the People “one nation under GOD”, existence.

…to “appeal to the Judge of all the world for the rectitude-morality of our intentions” of defending and promulgating the equally, GOD-bestowed upon all human being,…|
…certain inalienable rights, among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness”. (property, both real estate and intellectual)
The Emancipation Is Divinely Inspired
Divinely inspired as a Providence of GOD, the Emancipation Proclamation was conceived, and written by Mr. Lincoln in July of 1862, just two months before he issued the Preliminary one, which came on September 22, 1862.
The Sacred Covenant Between President Lincoln and The Most High
Before that fateful day manifested, for political reasons, Mr. Lincoln was hesitant in issuing, the Emancipation Proclamation lingered on his desk until September 22, 1862.
However, the President testified his reason to his Cabinet, that he had previously made a covenant or agreement with, GOD The Most High, LORD and Captain of HIS Heavenly Hots-Armies, the Central Character of/in the Declaration of Independence,…
…that would move him to issue the Emancipation Proclamation which had been laying on his desk.
Note: “US Constitution Day” September 17, 1787; “Battle of Antietam”, MD. (bloodiest one day in US military history September 17, 1862); “Preliminary Emancipation”, September 22, 1862
Despite that he knew the Emancipation Proclamation was morally and Constitutionally correct, Lincoln agreed with The Most High, that should The LORD-Captain of the Heavenly Hosts-Armies…
…grant him a military victory over the Confederate, rebel army, and the President would see it as the sign for him to issue the Emancipation Proclamation…
…albeit, first, as preliminary to the rebellious state, offering them the opportunity to return to the Union within 100 days (about 3 and a half months), being January 1, 1863.
Note: Lincoln was still trying to save the Union without freeing the chattel slaves as Its’ top priority for saving it, but the Democrat Party Confederates rejected his very generous offer, thereby he learned that it was the will of GOD that HIS American Africans be liberated.
The “sign” came on September 17th in Sharpsburg, Maryland, entitled “The Battles of Antietam”.
However, as late as August 22, 1862, President Lincoln was ambivalent about the place of chattel slavery in the matter of Saving the Union. See his open letter to Horace Greeley of August 22, 1862:
“If there were those who would not save the Union unless they could at the same time save slavery, I do not agree with them.”
“If there are those who would not save the Union unless they could at the same time destroy slavery, I do not agree with them.”
“My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union and is not either to save or to destroy slavery.”
“If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone, I would also do that.”
“What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because it helps to save the Union;……
and what I forbear, I forbear because I do not believe it would help to save the Union…
…I have here stated my purpose according to my view of official duty, and I intend no modification of my oft-expressed personal wish that all men everywhere could be free.”
Of course, he did finally relent to the will of GOD and held up his end of the sacred bargain covenant.
The Foundation of The Emancipation Proclamation
On March 13, 1862, Congress approved an Act Prohibiting the Return of Slaves, which prohibited “All officers or persons in the military or naval service of the United States” from returning fugitive slaves to their owners.
Pursuant to a law signed by Lincoln, slavery was abolished in the District of Columbia on April 16, 1862, and owners were compensated.

Unifies all black citizens
Being the first, and most important as well significant, US Federal Law, via the Executive Branch, the Presidency, as the first step in total emancipation of all chattel slaves within the United States and its Territories…
…is the actual element that draws our naturally divided, but slavery-forced, monolithic, multi-ethnic cultures of Americans, falsely united, primarily according to skin color,…
…i.e., black or negro, each being unsuspectingly laden with eons of ancestral, generational, highly competitive animosity and antagonism against each other.
Herein, lays the fundamental cause for such negative behavior within the American African communities and neighborhoods throughout America,…
…manifested by its two most visible catastrophes, they being homelessness and street violence, bloodshed, and murder in warlike statistics, albeit to everyone’s strange silence.
The Emancipation Proclamation is also the cohesive element, along with the 14th, by which its Progenitor, the 1866 Civil Rights Act is codified, embedded, and enshrined in the US Constitution, specifically for the Subject Beneficiaries of this Federal, Presidential Executive Order.
Regardless of their/our extreme differences of onyx black (translucent shades of black-negro) colorization; politics; religion; social class status; criminal to the preacher; incarcerated or free; likes-dislikes and hated, even family resentments and hurts;…|
…including violent, street businesses, i.e., murderous, unforgiving, “tribalistic”, gangsterism, etc.,…
…the cognizant knowledge of our/their respectively individual, as well as collective,…
…transcends them all, thereby being united as a highly special, E Pluribus Unum – “Out of Many, One” within the USA.
Prepares for the second step, i.e., Federal Act of super citizenship status
Concomitantly, connected to the First step, Emancipation Proclamation, is the Second Step, which is, the 1866 Civil Rights Act and protégé’, the 14th Amendment,…
…its Subject Beneficiaries are authorized to command the POTUS and military about “any effort they might make for their actual freedom.”
Therefore, along with the 2008 Congressional Apology Resolution, HR #194 “For Slavery and Jim Crowism”, is the “Promissory Note, National Awareness Campaign”, promoting the 1866-14th Amendment Act of American African, US citizen, federal, super citizenship status, as that.

At the time, we just did not know how to process it forward.
GOD in HIS good timing has reserved and arranged, that ‘now is the time…
