“America’s Continuing, New Birth of Freedom Saga”
The Divinely inspired Ideals of the United States, Union Republic, in the form of federal laws of Liberty, Freedom and Justice specifically for and to Hametic/black, American Africans of unwilling immigration, i.e., 245 years chattel slavery heritage, were not written nor established by them, as 99% were illiterate.
Rather, it was the gracious work of American European, white-Caucasians of willing immigration heritage, conceived, penned, legislated and enacted those great federal laws. See Federal Laws listing
Regardless of ethno-racial identity, the immigrant heritage is that of any people(s) exiting or “exodus” from their homelands, i.e., foreign nations, who willingly come to America, including those of “black” Africa, hence,the “American Dream”, according to Sec. 1 of the 1866, Civil Rights Act (The Act) stating, “as is enjoyed by white citizens.”
The American Dream is the immigrants, of which prophet Martin Luther King, Jr., clearly states in “I Have A Dream”, that the chattel slaves had, nor experienced such a wonderful Ideal. He says that our “Dream” is…
“It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.
I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed,
‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”
There is now a growing joy among Americans of immigration heritage of all ethno-racial identities, because the Subject Beneficiaries of their ideals of freedom through the subsequent federal laws, are becoming more cognizant, embracing and exercising of them as they are designed to rectify those, self-destructive, 245 years of generations-destroying chattel slavery, from which the immigrants as “white citizens” have enjoyed and prospered by.
It is imperative that you do not view this work as some mere sort of social justice, charity, “ministry”, and/or traditional outreach program project of “Ted Hayes”, or even “Ted’s Struggle”, whereby “he is living out his own desires to make a good difference in society, therefore, let support him”, as though somehow a favor is being done to me.
This matter is much larger than you and me, individually alone, as it is about the sacred covenant that our founding fathers, and particularly President Abraham Lincoln contracted with the Almighty, Most High GOD, the Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence.
If such is your view, with all due respect, it’s a terrible assumption, more than mine, my efforts are in the utmost, #1 interest for the future of your life, your liberty, and your pursuit of happiness (i.e., materials, real estate, intellectual properties) embedded in the survival of this “nation under GOD” wherein you live.

You are doing me no favor, nor any act of kindness and support by participating in the January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation National Holiday effort, but rather yourself, and yours and my children, as an immigrant country built upon the backs of chattel slaves.
Careful, studious reading as well as profound research, of highly special, transformative Presidential Executive Order being enacted with the14th Amendment/1866 Civil Rights, etc., will reveal to you, that this is the ultimate “cutting edge” battle for the nagging, generational wounded heart and soul of your America.
The United State, i.e., “America”, was/is born under GOD, with a broken, malfunctioning, bleeding heart, and morally troubled breath-soul, because the Declaration of Independence excluded its most essential element that being the chattel enslaved American African black peoples.
Therefore, according to Sentence 2, B. of the Proclamation this effort for our, i.e., American Africans’ “actual freedom”, is the Emancipation of all Americans of willing immigration heritage, regardless of ethno-racial identity, as their ancestor wrote this and those federal laws in their international interest, as well as their own survival.
This is your/our mutual legacy.
