1776 → 1863 → 2026 → 2056 (Maturity)
A One-Page Summary of the Great Emergence of We the People
- THE FIRST BIRTH — 1776
“Our fathers brought forth…”
The Founders birthed the United States on July 2–4, 1776 — a courageous but incomplete beginning.
The Declaration conceived a Republic in liberty, but without the liberation of the chattel slave.
The Founders knew the flaw. They warned it would tear the nation apart — and it did.
1776 is the First Birth, but not the final one.
- THE SECOND BIRTH — 1863
“A new birth of freedom…”
Eighty-seven years later, Lincoln declared that America must undergo “a new birth of freedom.”
With the Emancipation Proclamation and the Civil War Amendments — 13th, 14th (1866 Act), 15th — a second Republic was born.
This New, New Birth (1863–1868) corrected the fatal flaw of 1776, creating:
- a new citizenry,
- a new national identity,
- a new constitutional authority,
- and a new federal responsibility.
But the people themselves were not yet ready to fully activate this reborn Republic.
- THE THIRD BIRTH — 2026
“The People Themselves Must Rise…”
Now, 250 years after 1776, the Republic enters its Third Birth — the awakening of We the People as the sovereign body politic.
America’s third labor pains are unmistakable:
- visible homelessness; social fragmentation; governmental paralysis; partisan captivity; moral exhaustion; generational abandonment; and the rise of the AI century.
On July 2–4, 2026, the gestation ends, and the New, New, New Birth begins
—The activation of the Preamble, the rise of the sovereign People, and the beginning of national maturation.
This moment is precisely what Martin Luther King, Jr. described as “the fierce urgency of now.”
- MR. PATRIOT — THE HUMAN SPARK
Into this prophetic hour steps
- the one who induces the 3rd Birth,
- the shofar blast announcing awakening,
- the Standard Bearer and Color Guard of the emerging Republic,
- the living spark igniting the viral rise of the sovereign people.
His life embodies 250 years of national gestation — slavery, Jim Crow, urban neglect.
He is not the hero — he is the signal. We the People are the Hero.
Not the center — but the catalytic spark.
Not the nation, but the one who awakens the nation.
His emergence aligns with the deep constitutional algorithm:
America was built on the backs of American-Africans —
…and thus, it is morally and historically fitting that an American-African, federalized citizen signals the Third Birth of the Republic.
- 2026 → 2056 — The 30-Year Maturation
The Third Birth begins in 2026; its maturity arrives in 2056 — a 30-year ascent into constitutional adulthood.
These years will determine:
- How America enters the AI century,
- whether We the People rise or become enslaved to AI, etc,
- whether the Republic stabilizes or collapses,
- whether the Constitution succeeds or fails,
- and whether EXODUS II becomes a national healing model or a global indictment.
250 years ago, America was born with a potentially fatal wound; 2026 is the final chance to heal it.
As in American baseball, i.e., three strikes…and you are out!
This is now our third pitch.
The first two hits were foul balls, and now it’s a 3-balls/2 2-strikes moment. Bottom of the ninth…down by one run. What will America do? We the People choose!
- THE PURPOSE OF THE THIRD BIRTH
The purpose of 2026 is clear:
“To awaken, activate, assemble and take charge as We the People — under GOD — being the rightful Head and heirs of the Constitutional Body, completing in 2026, what 1776 and 1863 began.”
This is The Great, Triad Emergence — of Mr. Citizen Patriot, American African federalized citizens, and We the People,
the fulfillment of the Founders’ hope, Lincoln’s prophecy, and Dr. King’s admonition and warning.
Now is the time. The fierce urgency of now has come.
