A National Reflection for America’s Quarter-Millennial Year
This July 4, 2026, the United States of America commemorates 250 years since its bold, improbable, and divinely framed birth. Yet across these two and a half centuries, We the People — the sovereign body politic named in the first three words of the U.S. Constitution — have never fully risen or properly activated into the role assigned to us by the Founders.
America’s exceptional architecture of algorithms — grounded in a Judaic–Christian moral culture and secured by a Republican Form of Government (Art. IV, Sec. 4) — was designed to function only when both wings of governance properly operate:

The Written Constitution: Seven Articles and Twenty-Seven Amendments.

We the People: The generational, collective authority of the nation’s Posterity.
For 250 years, wing #2 has been dormant.
Thus, the Republic has tried to fly with only one wing — producing predictable instability, moral drift, and national fractures.
I. The Constitutional Architecture: An Eagle Meant to Fly
A nation guided by the Declaration of Independence — where GOD is the Central Figure — cannot thrive when one half of its governing design remains inactive while the other becomes overextended.
The Founders never envisioned:

Passive spectators, celebrity-style politicians, or a population believing the flawed 2–4–6 voting cycle is the fullness of citizenship.
The Continuing Revolution is a Civic “Cold War”
The Revolution of 1776 has never ended — but indeed continues… it simply transformed into a civic struggle requiring every citizen to participate, not merely criticize or spectate.
Immigrants who enter the nation also inherit this duty: to join in completing the unfinished work of the Revolution, not pursuing fragmented, self-invented versions of the American Dream.
May post Civil War immigrants refrain from the temptation to say, “I was not here, therefore, I’m not responsible”, which is the height of disrespect for all the American boys and men, from the Revolutionary, and particularly the Civil War, who suffered, perished for this nations’ Standards from which they derive their “American Dream” quest., on the back of American-African chattel slaves.
With 350 million Americans, we cannot have 350 million competing definitions of the nation. Such is not Union-unity, but rather, total confusion and nation-destroying chaos.
Whereas in this America, there is only one Unum, one Republic, one Constitutional charge, led and directly by We the People,
“One Nation Under GOD, indivisible…”
Note: as the catalysts and cohesive elements in the algorithms of America’s chattel slavery experience, particularly relating to the central matter of American-Africans who solely have the federal authority to Save the Union Republic,
The Preamble is the Head of the Constitutional Body.
Where the Head is ignored, the Body wanders — and stumbles into disaster. (as a latent We the People are, today)
II. The Flawed 2–4–6 Voting Cycle: America’s Structural Weakness
For generations, Americans have been taught that voting alone equals governance.
But the federal “2–4–6” cycle — House every 2 years, President every 4, Senate every 6 — has produced:

corrupted, lobbyist, money-driven campaigns,
-
the Political-Industrial Complex (PIC),
-
partisan merchandising,
-
civic blindness, revolt, and upheaval
Note: “There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges. -
Governmental paralysis and national decay.
This cycle leaves the nation vulnerable to:
-
homelessness; urban abandonment; youth violence, and; a breakdown of domestic tranquility.
Instead of stewards of liberty, We the People have become passive spectators — merchandised by political parties and power brokers.
Subsequently, the flawed voting cycle is now a national security threat to the Union.
III. The Three Births of America — and Why 2026 Is the Third
America has undergone three great births:
1. The First Birth — 1776
The Founders “brought forth” the nation — a courageous but incomplete birth that left chattel slavery unresolved.
2. The Second Birth — 1863
Lincoln declared a “new birth of freedom” at Gettysburg, and the Emancipation Proclamation — followed by the 13th, 14th (1866 Civil Rights Act), and 15th Amendments — brought forth a second Republic with a new identity and citizenry.
3. The Third Birth — 2026
Now, 250 years later, the Republic enters its Third Birth — the awakening of We the People themselves, i.e., Ourselves, under GOD.
The signs of this third labor are visible everywhere:

Widespread homelessness (the visible wound of America’s broken past); social atomization; moral exhaustion; governmental paralysis; political captivity; generational abandonment; and entry into the AI century.
On July 2–4, 2026, the gestation ends, and the New, New, New Birth begins:
The Republic is entering its long-awaited maturation.
This is precisely what Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called “the fierce urgency of now.”
IV. Mr. Patriot — The Human Spark of the Third Birth
Into this prophetic hour steps Mr. Citizen Patriot, the symbolic husband of We the People — the one who:
-
Induces the 3rd Birth; sounds the clarion shofar blast; stands as the Standard Bearer and Color Guard of the emerging Republic; and becomes the human spark that ignites the viral rise of the sovereign People.
His life embodies:
-
245 years of slavery; 99 years of Jim Crow; decades of civic abandonment; and a lifetime of patriotic devotion.
He is not the hero — he is the signal. Not the center — but the catalytic spark. Not the nation, but the one who awakens the nation.
This aligns with the deep algorithm of American history:
A nation built on the backs of American-African, chattel slaves now receives from that same lineage, the spark of its Third Birth.
V. 2026 → 2056: The Era of Maturity
The Third Birth begins in 2026.
Its maturity comes in 2056 — a 30-year ascent into national adulthood.
These decades will determine:
-
whether We the People rise into sovereignty or become enslaved,
-
whether the Republic stabilizes or collapses,
-
whether the Constitution becomes fully operational or fails,
-
And whether EXODUS II becomes a national healing model —Or the “Exhibit A” before the Court of The Supreme Judge of all the world, against rebellious humanity, should America refuse her Divine mandate.
The wound the nation inherited from the British Empire can be healed — but only in this generation.
VI. The Purpose of the Third Birth
The purpose of the 2026 birth is clear:
“To awaken, activate, assemble, We the People — under GOD — as the rightful Head of the Constitutional Body, completing what 1776 and 1863 began.”
This is The Great, Triad Emergence.
This is the fulfillment of the Founders’ design, Lincoln’s prophecy, and Dr. King’s admonition and warning.
Now is the time.
The fierce urgency of now has arrived.
The People must rise.
The Republic must awaken.
The Third Birth must proceed.
