US Federal Citizens Call Moratorium On Supreme Courts Deliberations On “Trump v. Barbara Case: Withdraw and Toss It Out

Washington, D.C. — On Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, US American African, Federalized Citizens, the children of chattel slaves are summoning President Donald J. Trump to withdraw his “Trump v. Barbara”, banning the use of Birthright Citizenship to justify the birth of babies born to women illegally within the USA borders.
The question is: who are the “All persons born…”, the very first words of the 14th Amendment, Section 1
Led by longtime community-civil rights activist and pod show host, Dr. Rosie Milligan, the message is urging the Supreme Court to “Suspend or Toss” the current deliberation of this matter in late June, 2026; and for President Trump #47, to witdraw in case until the Americans around whom this law is established, i.e., federal citizens, men, women and children, are sufficiently enlightened and educated about thei ridentity in the Constitutionaal law…then revisit the matter properly.
“This is not a partisan issue — this is a constitutional identity issue,” say organizers. “Simply, the question is simple but profound: Who are the true intended beneficiaries of Birthright Citizenship?”
Organizers warn that misinterpretation could dilute or displace the intended constitutional protections established during Reconstruction, harming all concerned.

- Pause (Suspend) current interpretations that expand beyond original legislative intent
- Re-examine (or Toss) flawed legal assumptions surrounding modern applications of Birthright Citizenship
- Restore constitutional clarity rooted in Reconstruction-era law and purpose
