Interesting how our humanity tends to prefer to celebrate and party over great achievements for our own, personal, immediate gratifications, such as “Juneteenth”, while tending to disregard a tragic occurrence on our behalf, such as what happened to our beloved modern-day “Moses”, prophet MLK on April 4, 1968.
Most people know the significance of January 15th, the 1929 birthdate of our late prophet, in which we celebrate-party with parades, fun events, etc., as with “Juneteenth”, but have no clue as to what APRIL 4TH represents to us as a people.
Such unintended ignorance and disrespect for the young prophet’s sacrifice of life for us that we might live to continue to completion, what he, along with President Abraham Lincoln, who on April 14, 1865, was also assassinated over the same cause.
It is the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, which is Presidential Executive Order #95, which is the fulfillment of his Covenant with The LORD of Heavens Armie, Mr. Lincolnhad come to realize that the Saving of the chattel slaves from the devasting consequences of 245 years of generations-destroying chattel slavery, is subsequently, the Saving and Keeping our UNION REPUBLIC.
Today is a gentle reminder that we who are the selected of The Most High, Lincoln Bequeathed, Inheritors, as the sole Subject Beneficiaries of January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, being tantamount to the Declaration of Independence, and second only to the Holy Bible, is the most important Law of Freedom to the chattel slaves and their descendant children of today and forever, therefore, we are obligated to apprehend, comprehend and execute our authority in It.
In fact, the most iconic speech of prophet MLK, i.e., “I Have A Dream”, given five (5) years before his April 3rd prophesied VISION of the Promised Land, the eve of the April 4th murder, saying
“I’ve been to the mountaintop I just want to do God’s will. And He’s allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I’ve looked over. And I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land!” Vision!
Another fact of this matter of black lives is that when he gave “Dream” on August 28, 1963, sixty-one years ago, prophet MLK, opened it with the Emancipation Proclamation, which was never fully utilized in the 1960s Civil Rights movement, because if our then leaders knew then of its latent, legal, Constitutional, authoritative power bequeathed to us, we would have won that epic battle, but instead, given todays’ corpus delicti – the body of evidence of such failure, we lost It.
This note is my humble attempt to spark in you what was ignited in young Michael, i.e., Martin Luther King, Jr.
Therefore, please join the effort to Congressionally legislate The Emancipation Proclamation as a new, but national and people transformative, federal, “National Commemoration Day”, to be celebrated annually on New Year’s Day.

We must never forget MLK’s willing and unwilling sacrifice for us, even as The Most High GOD has decreed us to accomplish for HIS great Name sake and the nation, self-professed to be under HIS Majesty.
