The Grand Objective: By US Presidential Executive Order Mandate
By the July 14th Opening Day of the Los Angeles Olympics, the vast majority of “visible”,
…homeless, US citizens, VOLUNTARILY, on their own volition, will have been
…willingly evacuated, exited, Exodused from America’s urban centers, onto federal lands,
…including decommissioned, reconstructed, and refurbished military bases,
…with all the amenities for daily life as in regular-traditional cities and towns.
These lands are 21st Century Technologically planned, federal government-chartered, but locally
…customized, self-sustaining, industrial, communities of all ethnic, and socio-economic statuses,
…including the wealthy, amalgamated with transforming homeless persons.
The Presidential mandated EXODUS II (E-II), begins with Los Angeles, which is America’s
…Homelessness Capital and homeless, US Military Veterans, followed by all other affected
…urban centers, including ferally tax-funded social services.
Two Step Procedure
- First, the Homeless Servant Czar (HSC)
- President appoints Ted Hayes, HSC, director of the newly formed, Office of National Social Conscious (ONSC)
…based in the White House - ONSC directs the White House US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH),

The Federal Laws About the “actual freedom” for the US black citizens.
As the disproportion of homelessness, these federal laws are activated by cognizant, black citizens,
…and is the catalyst for all homeless, US citizens. Finally, true “Black Power” action.

The January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation was/is Presidential and Militarily enforced
…according to Sentence 2, B.
“…all persons held as slaves… shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the
…Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof,
…will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts
…to repress such persons or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”
This Presidential Executive Order #95, is the foundation for the succeeding Congressional Amendments,
…such as the 14th for the freedom, protection, and empowerment of the US military liberated, chattel slaves
…and their descendants’ children as long as “this nation under GOD, shall not perish from the earth.”
