So called black people in America continue to lose the social justice battles with the most powerful, economy, society, government, in world history, a super “beast”, because our “weapons” against it are simply passionate, eloquent and articulate words of criticism and demands, being as it were, “throwing sticks, stones, and straw-shooting, spit balls”. Greetings fellow Soul-Jahs’ in and of the “Battle For The Soul of America”, Shalom!
As a surviving, O.G. veteran of the mid-late 1960’s, social justice movements, remaining steadfast to those original Ideal as taught to me in my 
earlier youth of activism, with joy, I salute and applaud your “front line” battling for our peoples fully experienced, “equal justice/protection under the law”, US citizenship “as enjoyed by white citizens”. (1866 Civil Rights Act – The Act, Sec. 1)
Since that era of over 50 years past, to this present one, The Most High GOD has graced me to witness the many, but failed, social justice movements/battles waged by individuals, and/or groups free our peoples from the consequential, generation-destroying devastation of chattel slavery and Jim Crowism, totaling 404 years (1619-2023)
The “Promissory Note” Mystery revealed, 101
Some of these activist fight for personal gain, while most were/are of a courageous, selfless sincerity, but the corpus delicti – body of evidence, it’s evident that they knew not, as we today, collectively, do not know of our 160 years old, Federal Laws, i.e., the Promissory Note inheritance of federal, super citizenship status, forever bequeathed exclusively to American African, black citizens, not because of their/our onyx (translucent shades of) black skin color, the Creator gifted us with, rather wonderfulness is because of their/our 245 years, chattel slavery experience.
The Most High GOD, El Shaddai, who sent me, is through the prophet MLK, alerting us to “cash the check” which is the Promissory Note to “the great vaults of opportunity (federal laws)...at the Bank of Justice” (“I Have A Dream” – “Dream” Sent. 14-15), by presenting to it to its’ “President”, which “will give us upon demand, the riches of freedom and the security of justice.” (“Dream” Sent. 16), according to the mandates of our inheritance, bequeathed by We the People of the United States, Union Republic.
“We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so we have come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.”
It’s now 60 years since the 1963, “I Have A Dream”, black citizens are worse off in 2023, and those aforementioned leaders, organizations, etc., are now “POW’s of their particular “War On Poverty”, and “Battle For America Soul”, primarily because they fought without a proper “weapon”.
Another evidence of their innocent ignorance of the authority and subsequent power bequeathed to us for the Union Republic of We the People sake, is the Federal Laws were not proclaimed in their words of the righteous rhetoric in the criticism of the obvious injustices against us, therefore, unable to create practical resolutions to our “actual freedom” as Promised.
Now it is different, that is allowed, as this “weapon” is the “tool”, instrument that will enforce our win, recognized when we, collectively, are experiencing “actual freedom” (Emancipation Proclamation Sent. 2, B), “as is enjoyed by white citizens.” (1866 Civil Rights Act, Sec. 1)
It’s “key” imperative to know, understand, and appreciate that our ancestors did not conceive, write, enact, nor legislate these certain Federal Laws bespeaking us, but rather morally convicted, white citizens, i.e., Americans of willing immigration heritage.
Therefore, presented in the proper “banking” manner, spirit or protocol, the president of the bank will comply and cash the check, because more than us, the customer, its’ in the bank, domestically for foreign affairs, economic or militarily.
“With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in, to bind up the nation’s wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow and his orphan, to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace among ourselves and with all nations.” (Pres. Lincoln, Second Inaugural Address)
As an “old”, experienced, loyal, Soul-Jah, it’s my proposition that you grant me some quality time to offer you and your respective movements, the Constitutional “Black” Power (CBP), latent, deep within the soul of every, federal black super citizen.
“Weaponless Social Justice Warriors”
The primary cause for our appalling situational condition, is we are intellectually, philosophically, intellectual property-wise “weaponless”, not knowing, therefore unable to effectively exploit the Federal Laws pertaining to our highly significant, unique, exclusive, unwilling, chattel slavery experience in America of both, first, the British Empire beginning in 1619, and secondly, as of 1776, until the present of 2023, the USA, totaling 404 years.
The Continuing “Cold”, “Hot”, Cold Civil War of White Citizens
Since the July 2-4,1776 founding of US white citizens were, and to a large degree, are still in a constant state of schizophrenic, double minded conflict with themselves, i.e., their “cold”-“hot”-“cold” Civil War over the state and fate of American Africans, upon whose chattel enslaved ancestors backs they built this divided, self-admitted, imperfect Union, nation under GOD.
This conflict over us, is their continuing civil war, which has had three phases:
- First, 1776 – 1861 (85 years), being “cold”, essentially philosophical arguing;
- Second, 1861 – 1865 (4 years), erupted into hot”, bloody, violent, hateful warfare, i.e., the Civil War;
- Third, back to “cold” from 1865 – present, 2023 (158 years).
Forever, due to “that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion”, the Civil War is greatest of American wars, domestic and foreign, wherein 740,000 young, innocent white boys and men, plus 38,000 American Africans of such; including President Abraham Lincoln himself, who perished in bloody conflict, sickness and decease, with millions more wounded in body and mind, etc.
The Conviction of White Citizens To Power Vindicate and Reconcile
At its 1865 conclusion, in recognition of the generational devastation far into the future that the then 245 years (1619-1865) chattel slavery, nationally institutionalized racist system would have upon American Africans, the victors, i.e., the Republican Party, white citizens over those of the Democratic, legislated and enacted these powerful, Federal Laws exclusively to us.
This exclusivity to federal, super citizenship status authority was/is granted not because of race, i.e., skin color, etc., majority/minority statuses, but rather, to the way in which white citizens of willing immigration purchased and brought our unwilling, shackled in chains, slave victims of the ancient, African slave trades, ancestors into America.
Therefore, technically and actually, the matter is not skin, but only in the that those who experienced this nightmare of bondage were/are “black”, i.e., negro (Spanish for black), or better still, onyx, being translucent (clear, “see through”) shades of black, even as we are so.
This automatically disqualifies/rejects, and eliminates all ethno-racial identities, such as “peoples of color”, minorities/majorities, regardless of their plights, as their EXPERIENCE into America was willingly with that Dream in their eye. Succeed or fail, they chose their destinies and that of their descendant children.
Whereas, American Africans had no such choice, as their EXPERIENCE, was unwilling, not having the Dream, but rather, the nightmare, which accounts for their/our appalling, present state of affairs today, and looming fate of doom.
These post, Civil War, Federal Laws were bequeathed to us by Lincoln and the then 1854-56 Republican Party, in face of the resistant, even to this day, Democratic.
During the era of these laws being enacted, 99% of their Subject Beneficiaries, i.e., black – onyx (translucent shades of black), American African, the Union Republics new, but super citizenship status citizens were illiterate, couldn’t, nor those who could a little bit, were unable to comprehend and apply them at that time for obvious reasons, they are:
- For generations, as chattel slaves, it was illegal, even punishable by death for American Africans to learn or taught to read, become literate.
- Black Codes-Jim Crow disruptions to literacy, enforced by anti-us, racist, white supremacist elements such as, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), etc., by violence against the new federal citizens, unaware of their latent Constitution “Black” Power (CBP), i.e., beatings, whippings, lynching teachers, including and especially, those who were white citizen Republicans from the still, victorious Northern Union Republic, as they were, to this day hated more than us.
Note: After generations under the bondage of chattel slavery and Jim Crowism, being denied the opportunity to literacy, in its no wonder that unlike primarily our Jewish brethren who profusely, with an ravishing hunger, seek to, and do read, constantly cultivate education into their children, we do not.
Like Jews, education must also become our craving passion.
- The President Eisenhower Factor
Not until Republican, the Hon. President, Dwight D. Eisenhower empowered, the NAACP-Thurgood Marshal led, 1954, “Brown vs. The Board of Education”, US Supreme Court victory, morally and Constitutionally, federalized and dispatched the military to enforcing it in 1957 Little Rock High School desegregation matter.
These are likely the federal laws President Eisenhower saw:
- Emancipation Proclamation Sent. 2, B;
- 1866 Civil Rights Act, Secs. 1, 2, 4, 8, 9;
- with Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) backing, Sec. 10.
Mr. Eisenhower knew that it was imperative for the federal, black citizen student of super citizenship status, become literate that they may one day, read, see and Comprehend ourselves in the mirror of the US Constitution, Understanding in order to Save and Keep the Union Republican Form of Government (Art. 4, Sec. 4, US Const.).
President John F. Kennedy understood this as well, as he demonstrated in the 1962 University of Alabama matter, in which he deployed federal marshals (The Act, Sec.3) and the military to obey the Constitution and desegregate the institute of higher learning.
- The National Empowerment Campaign For Constitution “Black Power” (CBP)
Apparently, according to research, on average, black citizens have a fourth grade reading literacy. - In fact, the silence of the higher institution educated, so called black elite of these Federal Laws of CBP, reveals that while they can read, these folks can comprehend what is read.
- If they did, black citizens would be leading the nation, but instead, we are in a deadly mess.
- While such is truly an understandable, but not acceptable reality, this level of literacy is just enough launch a highly successful campaign, whereby the vast majority of us will be so empowered by CBP, that student will naturally develop a passionate hunger and thirst for more education, both of this information and general as well.
In conclusion, without this American, US, Union Republican Federal Laws Constitutional “Black” Power weaponry, we can’t wage an effectively successful campaign for our “actual freedom.”
Therefore, allow me to “arm” with the “weapon”, “ammunition”, training, and zeroing in on your specific target within the federal government, under whose ward we are protected, and have our business with.
It’s not for me to lead you and your followings, nor what to “attack”, but only to equip.
