Note: Over 60% of the national homeless population are black citizens.
Being that Mr. Trump gleans his most significant information on homelessness resolution from me,
…dating back to our two White House staff meetings, zooms, weekly emails, texts, and phone calls,
…from late September to that of December 2019, I need to know 2 matters of him. They are:
1. First, is this a brilliant, “red meat” strategy to draw democrats into the open that such a ploy is their ideas,
…by stating that if the Democratic Party disagrees with this “inhumane” – Nazi-like plan, he asks,
…like me, knowing that they don’t have any, what is their alternative?
Then after such exposure, he will pivot to what we taught him in 2019 and will adopt our

2. Second, or, he means it. That he will use the military against, federalized, black citizens, upon whose ancestor’s backs,
…this erroneously purported, nation of immigrants is built.
Such an action by any US President is shameful, but is fatal to the this nation, as it it would be a clever,
white supremacist’, racist war, not on poverty, but the impoverished, supported by his 75,000,000 plus “patriotic Americans”,
…and the other 75,000,000, as well will applaud this sort of “strong man” tyranny action, which violates
…the US Constitution, ripping apart the Union, thereby losing our Republican Form of Government.

My qualifications as an asset to President Trump #47
Like no other in this country, I can help Mr. Trump utilize the certain federal laws bequeathed to us,
…and he has been waiting since 2016 for the black, conservatives-Republicans to help him implement them,
…but thus far appearing by his public rhetoric, such help has not been forthcoming.
It’s my right and duty to share my knowledge, as well as experience, with him for our sake,
…and the Saving of the Union that Our Republic is kept, not lost
I. First, Knowledge of the Appertaining Federal Laws of Black Citizens “actual freedom”
The Civil War era produced certain federal laws that empowers’ America’s chattel slave descendants
…to fully, self-determine the actualization of their/our USA freedom of Citizenship Authoritative Power
…to Save themselves, and help Save the Union and co-govern in Its’ Republican Form of Government.
These laws, of which most federalized, black citizens, either are not aware, or/and unable to fully comprehend their purpose,
…especially in a time as this present which threatens their/our existence in the “nation under GOD”,
…which is woefully detrimental to all US citizens, as they stand upon the backs of our chattel enslaved ancestors.
They are:
- The January 1, 1863, Presidential Executive Order #95, Emancipation Proclamation, particularly Sentence 2, B. stating,B. and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof,

The Emancipation Proclamation, the foundation of the 14th Amendment, etc., is what he identified
as “The Promissory Note”, which his Moorehouse roommate, Mr. Marian Woods,
affirmed was indeed what he was speaking about. - The 14th Amendment, the Protégé’ of the 1866 Civil Rights Act (The Act),
Along with Mr. Trump is “hated” because, along with ending illegal immigration, i.e., international, invasion-occupation,
…which he rightly says, hurts federalized, black citizens more than everyone else, is his’ morally and legally correct
…stance that the 14th Amendment belongs exclusively to us, black citizens, not “anchor children”, that is, babies
…born to women illegally within the geographical borders of the USA.More than actual illegal border crossings, which could be immediately stopped, it is the super-bio, strategic,
…generationally-timed, Anchor-baby” custom, which violates Section 2, of the 1866 Civil Rights Act.This sinister, generational strategy is “bio-bomb”, by which these youngers will eventually become voting age,
…of which numbers will then completely outnumber, therefore nullifying the count of black citizens’ votes,
…rendering them/us to the dangerous state of being inconsequential, which leads to genocide.
Therefore, even when President Trump stops the invasion occupation, and removes all the invader-occupiers,
…the biological “anchor bombs” are still here, based on the erroneous, immoral, interpretation of the 14th Amendment,
…which will explode in voter overthrow of the chattel slave descendants, hence the Republican Form of Government.When Mr. Trump attempted to set the historical and Constitutional record right, it was a direct attack upon the secret,
…stealth “weapon” of the racist, anti-black, La Raza movement of the socialist-controlled, Democratic Party.Makes sense?!? They are playing the “long game”. This correct sentiment, of President Trump’s statement and intent concerning the border wall
…to stop illegal immigration, is because it hurts American Africans more than anybody else.
This is specifically why he is hated by the Democratic Party, the masters of chattel slavery and Jim Crowism.

…as well as all local LA, national, and international news outlets, that “Illegal immigration is
…the worst threat to black citizens and this country since the years of chattel slavery”,
…he saying, that it hurts us more than anybody else.
Without real controversy, I am the most qualified person to council President Trump on this matter.
2. Ethic-racial healing between black and white us citizens, as well as the Arab-Israeli | Muslim-Jew conflict.
