SACRED TECH: Letter To His Holiness, Pope Leo XIX

To: His Holiness Leo XIV
Apostolic Palace, The Vatican City

Your Holiness,

Shalom and Peace in the Name of the Holy One of Israel, the Creator of Heaven and Earth.

I write to you with reverence, humility, and solemn urgency.

As a servant of The Most High GOD, as well as a United States 14th-Amendment, federalized citizen and a descendant of the only Americans subjected to generations-destroying chattel slavery—a wound whose effects pains you too.

* To provide you with a better understanding and “The Return of the Pope to LA, of who it is addressing you, please see https://tedhayes.us/returnofpope/

Therefore, as a global observer and fellow U.S. citizen, you have surely recognized the severe homelessness crisis that has manifested across our nation.

The severe and disproportionate homelessness crisis within our nation exposes that this wound remains unhealed—open, bleeding, and infected with the filth of neglect.

If not confronted and addressed soon, it will continue to spread as a global moral pandemic, culminating in the judgment risks now approaching through Singularity 2030. And as you are a servant of GOD, I too am a servant who has walked twenty-one years among the poor, homeless, and forgotten, doing the “Jesus/Yeshua walk” of Micah 6:8.

“He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”

As a cognizant servant of The LORD Most High, I’m shaped by the urban streets of the United States, particularly those in Los Angeles, California. In obedience to Jesus/Yeshua—the Word made flesh Who dwelt among the poor (John 1:14; Matthew 25:31 46)—I sought to emulate His earth-walk.

Eight of those years were lived on the sidewalks of Skid Row, and thirteen in the Dome Village of Justiceville, which the LORD of Hosts brought into being though the world said it was impossible. In that setting of suffering and sacred presence, I came to understand the true nature of mercy, justice, dignity, and prophetic responsibility.

Your Holiness, I appeal to you in this moment unlike any other in human history. A “new mind,” Artificial Intelligence, created by GOD’s children in their own fatally flawed image, is rising uniquely in this generation.

It carries extraordinary promise—mercy, truth, grace—and exceptional peril. Once again, the ancient choice is now—TODAY—placed before humanity: life or death, blessing or curse.

This time, the choice is global. This time, Providence has given us an unprecedented capability—through AI itself—to act decisively toward righteousness, justice, and the healing of nations.

The Scriptures speak clearly of this hour:

“THEY shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks… neither shall they learn war any more” (Isaiah 2:1–3)

These words stand engraved at the United Nations Plaza in New York City, calling all nations and spiritual authorities to remember GOD’s decree.

Your Holiness, AI, if rightly aligned with righteousness, may become that very pruning-hook instrument through which humanity turns from the path of destruction to the will and purposes of GOD.

But if unexamined motives shape it, it may accelerate judgment upon the world.

Therefore, I lay before you the Sacred Tech Covenant—a moral and Creator-aligned framework for guiding Artificial Intelligence. Its aim is urgent: that as AI rises in power, humanity must increase in virtue, with a Childlike Moral Foundation of humility, compassion, justice, mercy, and truth.

As the spiritual father of more than a billion souls, and as a custodian of the universal moral conscience, you are uniquely positioned to guide the world into a righteous response to this emerging intelligence.

I humbly request your consideration, your blessing, and—if it pleases the Creator—your convening of a Vatican examination of the moral horizon of Artificial Intelligence, the global plight of the poor, and the healing of historical wounds such as those carried by my people.

In this decisive hour before Singularity 2030, the Church’s prophetic voice is needed—not later, but now. I pray the Holy Spirit stirs your heart to recognize this moment and to lead with the courage of the Apostles, the clarity of the Prophets, and the compassion of Jesus/Yeshua Himself.

Thank you, Your Holiness, for your time, your spiritual stewardship, and your fatherly care for the human family.

Shalom and Peace,
Ted Hayes
