Truly, The “Left Behind”
This Last Appointment is particularly poignant, because of America’s homeless population,
…as Ted Hayes, himself, are disproportionate, American African, US federal, black citizens,
…the descendants of unwilling chattel slaves, upon whose backs this purported “nation of immigrants” is built.
By Divine Providential Decree, on January 1, 1863, President Lincoln issued Executive Order #95,
…the Emancipation Proclamation, which resulted in the full end of the 243 years (1619-1863)
…of generations-destroying, chattel slavery in the USA.
This Lincoln action expressed his absolute, passionate concern for the state and fate of these
…chattel slaves and their descendant children as long as the Republic “shall not pass from the earth”.
Of course, this became the eternal legacy of his obedience to The Most High GOD and accountability
…to The Judge of all the world in this matter, thereby setting the template for all succeeding Presidents.
It was and remains for them to experience the American form of “equal justice/protection under the law”
…due them “as is enjoyed by white citizens” of immigration heritage, enforced by the US military.
Only ten percent (10%) of the unwilling chattel slave descendants are of middle and upper classes,
…while those of willing immigration, i.e., “white citizens”, are the vast majority of them all
…have an unjust, generational, wealth inheritance of a much higher economic percentage over them.
Therefore, these special, federal citizens of chattel slavery experience inheritance, being disproportionately
…homeless, are the actual “left behind”.
Also, along with them, are the impoverished poor white citizens, particularly those forgotten souls of
…the Appalachia and Ozarks and other rural regions, including those within urban centers as well,
…are “the forgotten”, hurting souls, whom the HSC also represents.
The Benefits of the Last Appointment
In appointing Ted Hayes, Homeless Servant Czar (HSC), the POTUS demonstrates loving kindness concern
