…as the homeless servan czar (HSC) in a newly formed Office of National Societal Consciousness (ONSC).
From this privately funded, government Office, under the jurisdiction of your Executive Authority,
…HSC Hayes will direct the White House based, US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH),
…to implement his Execution of EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics, Homeless Initiative,
…the Strategic Plan that nationally resolves homelessness.
By the July 14, 2028, Opening Day of the LA Olympics, EXODUS II,
…have humanely resolved the vast majority of “visible” homelessness, by evacuating-exiting
…the WILLING, VOLUNTARY homeless, US citizens from urban centers,
…and leading them onto federal lands, including closed military bases.
In his 40th year (1985-2025) of consistently espousing his Plan, through his unique,
transformative, trendsetting leadership, Ted is the best qualified to fill this position.

…and his White House Negotiating A-Team regularly twice met and communicated weekly
…with your special homelessness commission, under the jurisdiction of HUD Secretary,
…Dr. Benjamin Carson, led by Mr. Benjamin Hobbs.
The A-Team from Los Angeles, the National Homeless Capital, and US Military Veterans
… twice met at the White House, and several times weekly, by phone, email, and texts
…sharing Ted’s, unique outlook and strategic plans to humanly resolve homelessness.
Also, I understand that you have put forth a plan to utilize the military to force relocate
…homeless, US citizens onto federal lands, into huge tent cities, etc., but requesting an
