…downtown LA, its National Capital, and that of Veterans.
“And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands,
for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life.” (Mathew 19:29)
For 8 years, our brother voluntarily dwelled on sidewalks with the ultimate manifestation of “the left behind”,
…smelling, tasting, feeling, acclimating to, and experiencing what they suffered.
In November of 1993, Ted’s Justiceville encampment, established Dome Village,
…wherein he dwelled with his mixture of homeless persons for 13 years,
…demonstrating to resistant government, the innovative, trendsetting, transformative, resolution ideals.

This team communicated weekly through email, Zoom, and text on EXODUS II, homelessness resolution.
Also, Ted informed staff of available federal lands, including that which is covered by the 1988, |
…Stuart McKinney-Vento Act, Article V, granting federal surplus properties for homeless purposes,
…including the utilization of decommissioned military bases.

Understandably, our brother is inquisitive about your intent to utilize the military to force relocate ”in one day”,
…homeless “left behind”, US citizens onto federal lands, into “huge tent cities”,
…which Ted is concerned will become permanent, internment camps.
This matter was twice brought to the attention of staff, which was strangely met with a strong bit of hostility.
Not accusing your Administration of such, but rather, due to the multibillions of wasted taxpayers’ money,
…Ted was warning of the growing sentiment frustrated, local neighborhoods throughout America
…are now relying on State National Guard, including active duty, and federal troops, to force remove the homeless.
Since 1985, he has consistently alarmed about the undocumented (written-audio-visual), federal government’s intention
…to militarily force resolve homelessness, now, with the approval of frustrated neighborhoods.
On numerous occasions, Ted offered his EXODUS II an alternative to prevent the military travesty but was strangely rebuffed.
Yet, strangely, you have taken up this military option, for which Ted has launched a public campaign against it.
Perhaps, you are already aware of his actions, he has posted his concern on most major, social media platforms, including “Truth Social”.
Nonetheless, he acknowledges the matter saying to those correctly troubled neighborhood residents,
…what’s more inhumane? Allowing homeless people to dwell and die on their streets,
…while simply complaining to the government about it, instead of offer an alternative?
Hopefully and GOD willing, as President, you will appoint Ted Hayes as our Homeless Servant Czar to his EXODUS II Initiative.
