Declaration of Independence
(Adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776)
The
Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America
Short
Version Commentary (+)
When, in the course of human
events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the
political bonds which have connected them with another, and to
assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station
to which the laws of nature and of nature's
God entitle them, a decent respect to the
opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes
which impel them to the separation.
NOTE:
Our Founding Fathers immediately invokes the person of GOD, Who Is
the Creator of all that there is for the sake of safeguarding they
and their posterity's entitlement that HE gave them/us in this
land that had prior belonged to it's residents.
We hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed
by their Creator
with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty
and the pursuit of happiness.
NOTE:
Based on the reasoning pronounced in the first sentence, that all
human beings are entitled "a decent respect to the opinion of
mankind" which licenses them to actions before GOD, the Founders
declared evidential reality of themselves and their posterity as
being created the Creator equal to those who were oppressing them.
They therefore reasoned that the folks of the colonies were due to
experience somewhat the same privileges as those under the
jurisdiction of the British Crown - rulers who supposedly had
their station life by decree of Divine Order.
That to secure these rights,
governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers
from the consent of the governed.
NOTE: According to the Founding Fathers, the
primary duty of the government with the "consent of the governed",
is to secure among many others, "life, liberty and pursuit and of
happiness", hence the US Constitution including its 27 Amendments.
Interestingly, the Founders are addressing a government that is
there, not because the people of England voted or choose the
monarchy, but rather by the so-called Divine Right of Kings.
Therefore, either prophetically or knowingly, they
were speaking to the brand "New Nation" as to how its people will
govern themselves in the probably event that the certain agents in
government of their posterity would attempt an insurgency of "old
order of the ages" tyranny.
That whenever any form of government
becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to
alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its
foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such
form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and
happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that
governments long established should not be changed for light and
transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that
mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable,
than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are
accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for
their future security.
NOTE:
These well held truths of noble civic duty and civility in American
society was written upon the foundation of a new nation built upon
the backs of chattel slaves that dangerously implicates the GOD as a
partner in the blaring contradiction.
--Such has been the patient
sufferance of these colonies; and such is now the necessity which
constrains them to alter their former systems of government.
NOTE: These
three points alone, the innovation of GOD, acknowledging entitled
rights, justification to adjust, correct or vanquish any
governmental systems (agents thereof) that does not safeguard
them.
However, is it possible that if the posterity does
not correct a portion of the Covenant-Contract with GOD concerning
safeguarding the certain Rights that HE equally endowed all men,
including slaves and their descendants, The Creator would seek
seek vengeance to vindicate HIS Own Order. Apparently, HE
doesn't appreciate human beings divesting or disenfranchising
others of the rights that the Creator endowed upon them. They are
HIS, that is the creation and the gifts. Any man or entity
that usurps that order is automatically at rebel war with GOD.
We, therefore, the
representatives of the United States of America, in General
Congress, assembled, appealing to the
Supreme Judge of the world for the
rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority
of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare,
that these united colonies are, and of right ought to be free and
independent states;
NOTE: Herein
lies the danger of this Birth Certificate and/or Covenant-Contract
with GOD. The Founding Fathers acknowledges the Supreme
Judge of the World and thereby entered the "good people" and their
posterity into a promise of national redemption for those
conspicuously unmentioned in this document individuals that they
were denying the same Rights for which separation from England was
being declared.
that they are absolved from all
allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection
between them and the state of Great Britain, is and ought to be
totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they
have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances,
establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which
independent states may of right do.
And for the support of this
declaration, with a firm reliance on the
protection of Divine Providence, we
mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred
honor.
NOTE: Based on the rightness of their cause,
the Founding Fathers placed their posterity, that is, us, in a
relationship with GOD whereby they must maintain, or retrieve a
"firm reliance", not upon political, military, economic or even
religious power but rather upon The Protection of Divine
Providence.
Therefore, it is imperative that American Patriots
be alerted to severity of the "New Nations" trials, recognize,
embrace and exercise faith in the original purpose of the United
States in the world through it's work of redeeming the West
African non-immigrant-chattel slaves and their children from "old
order of ages" tyranny into that of the American Dream Quest.
The Declaration of Independence is the
Covenant-Contract, Birth Certificate that the Founding Fathers
made with GOD, the Creator, and Supreme Judge of the world Who
exercises Divine Providence in favor of the faithful.
