In surveying our, that is, American African, black citizens of the only federal, super citizenship status, this move to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is in reality, the last, and only legal, even moral recourse that we have to save ourselves and this Union Republic from the madness that this generations wounded society has brought itself.
Note: This office of the Chairman is more powerful than the President of the United States (POTUS), in that A. It can arrest the Office of the POTUS; and B., because it has “the gun”. The only matter that can restrain the Chief from going rogue is his moral conviction to the military Oath of Office, as well as the example of General, First US POTUS, the Hon. George Washington.
However, WARNING to him, et al, should the Chair go rogue, there is no terrestrial-earthly power or force that can restrain him, there is that of the celestial, which is The Most High GOD, Who Is also, The Angel-Captain of The LORD’s Heavenly Armies.
Naturally, we are in the very center of this mess in every possible domestic, even foreign way, because this “one nation under GOD’s”, geophysical, philosophical, including its laws, and spirituality, was/is constructed by Americans of willing immigration, on the chattel enslaved backs of American Africans, the only people in America of such an experience.
As specialized, federal, super citizens, based solely on their/our experience(s), we are therefore, under the direct, dual Jurisdiction of the two (2) most powerful, federal government offices, they being, The Presidency and The Military.
The Dual Jurisdiction of Protection and Promotion
I. The Presidency: White House-Chief Executive Officer and Commander In Chief of Armed Forces.
While presently appealing to this, and/or the next 2024 POTUS, they/we, being under the direct jurisdiction, therefore protection of the Executive Government, i.e., the Presidency, since January 1, 1863, thanks to President Abraham Lincoln…
…to whom The Most High inspired insight to know the future state of doom for any people, regardless of race, etc., experiencing, at that time, 243 years of generations-destroying chattel slavery…
…and therefore, bequeathed to them and us today, an inheritance of immense authority to self-determine our own destiny, by exercising of these, and other such federal laws, strictly and exclusively addressed to, about, and for the only Americans of chattel slavery heritage.
President Abraham Lincoln (#16) makes this point very clear in Sentences 2, B., and 5 of the sacred document concerning us, its’ Subject Beneficiaries:
- First of all, those two entities must “recognized and maintain” our freedom, and e are not to be harmed by either the President, and separately, the Military; First of all, these two entities must “recognize and maintain” our freedom, and assure that they/we are protected, and not harmed by anyone, entity, matter, or even of ourselves, as American Africans are the key to the Union and Republics’ existence, hence, they/we are the living, National Treasure, the True, “Fort Knox.”This super protection is the duty of both the Military and the President of the United States
- Second, they together, or independently, “will do no acts or acts to repress” us, i.e., “such persons or any of them“…“in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”
Note:
This correlates with Section 1, of the 1866 Civil Rights Act, whereby black citizens are to experience, full, “equal justice/protection under the law” citizenship, “as is enjoyed by white citizens.” - Third, whether they together, or independently agree or disagree, with our plan of national salvation, to federally exercise such self-determining authority, they must also support and protect us in fulfilling it, as ordered by the Emancipation Proclamation, Sentence 2, B.
“…and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”
Also, this same dual jurisdiction is noted in the 1866 Civil Rights Act, Sections, 4, 5, 8, and 9.
II. Military-Armed Forces Jurisdiction
As the Joint Chief of Staff, and all military high command officers must know this matter very well because our exclusively special, federal, relationship with the military began in the first two years of the US Civil War with the Congressional enactment of the 1861-1862 First and Second Confiscation Acts (See: https://tedhayes.us/civil/ ), the foundation(s) upon which, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, fully rests.
Note: How ironic, all this powerful empowerment occurred in the 1860s under the aggressive leadership of the Republican Party, is very similar to the 1960s developments, except the progress of the federal black citizens was cleverly turned backward by the duo team of the Democratic Party, and their clever, socialist masters.
The “turning back” was/is based on the Republican Party’s spring of 1877 abandonment of the then, new (9 years old), federal black citizens; and again by the July 2,1964 Civil Rights Act, and the August 29, 1964, “Economic Opportunity Act”, dubbed, “The War On Poverty”.
This 1877 abandonment, via the Democratic–Republican Parties Compromise over the fate of the federal black citizens, created the void by which conservatives high-jacked-took over the Republican Party’s 1854-56, original mission purpose, and it continues to do so presently, opting for the Hispanic-Latino votes.
Therefore, though under pressure from all 50 States Governors, their counties, municipalities, and respective constituencies thereof, should the POTUS seek to deploy the military to force relocate homeless, US citizens, including Veterans, particularly, federal black citizens into internment camps…
…more than the March 3, 1807, Congressional Insurrection Act, and combined with June 18, 1878, Congressional, Posse Comitatus Act, these federal laws of their freedom as well as super citizenship status, demands and expect, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to deny such an attack upon the US Constitution to which they are sworn before GOD, The Most High, Who Is Himself, The Angel-Captain of The LORDS Host, i.e., Armies of Heaven.
Actually, for the sake of Saving the Union and Keeping our Republican Form of Government alive as ordered by the Founding Fathers, and later Lincoln along with the then Republicans, the Subject Beneficiaries of these federal laws, can legally, and morally, “flip the script”, and charge, arrest, prosecute, and if found guilty, punished all the aforementioned for:
- violating their/our Emancipation Proclamation authority to “actual freedom”, and the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of Super Citizenship status;
- As such demands upon the POTUS, and his willingness to comply with them, is essentially their behavior of civil unrest, because they are rebellion against these federal laws concerning us, hence, all of the aforementioned, are committing real insurrection, as defined by that of the Southern Confederacy of April 11, 1861.
Note: 1866 Civil Rights 1, 2, and its protege’, 14th Amendment sections 1, 2, 3, and even the 1871-1872 Anti-KKK Congressional Civil Rights Acts, which defines any, and all disenfranchisement against federal black citizens, who are the Protectorate of the Military, as insurrection, thereby triggering its’ retaliatory actions against the perpetrators.
Therefore, in our attempt to escape the oppression of local governments, as ordered, and in tradition of our chattel enslaved ancestors and Jim Crowed fore parents, we have gone directly to both the Trump and now, especially, the Biden Presidency, each thus far, denying our pleas for rescue from a society gone insanely, self-destructive, national security threatening, mad.
The US Armed Forces are our last, and most properly correct resort for ourselves, and our nation under GOD.
For the sake of Saving the Union to Keep our Republic, that as the most significant sector of We the People, as originally done by our fleeing, refugee, chattel enslaved ancestors, it’s imperative that federal black citizens today, also flee local, and POTUS’s “act and acts” of repression against them/us.
In fact, it’s their/our rightful, as well as dutiful responsibility to take refuge with the Armed Forces, the military, “big dog with the gun” guardian of the Union Republic, in which there is an abundant supply of resources “in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom”.
This is what we are up to. Get to the “big dog” with “the big gun” before they do, as this “dog”, in this “fight”, is legally and morally ours to command.
It’s my firm belief, that as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, et al, being aware of their own sworn before GOD, Constitutional, duty to the Republican Union, via the rescue of the federal black citizens, are and have been waiting for this nation-saving awakening, for 160 years.
