A Background Narrative
Annually, American Africans, US, Federalized, black citizens already celebrate two, federal, National Holidays with tax payment, concerning them/us, they being:
- First, “MLK Day”, the Stevie Wonder driven, January 15,1929 birthday of the late, Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was signed on November 2,1883, by the late, Hon. US President, Ronald W. Reagan, and was first celebrated on January 20,1986:
- Second, “Juneteenth”, driven by Ms. Opal Lee, a former teacher and activist of Texas, fueled by the 2021 “Black Lives Matter” movements, the Hon. President Joe R. Biden, signed the Congressional legislation declaring it a federal, National Holiday.
Lincolns’ Bequeathed Intent
Unlike the aforementioned National Holidays concerning the state and fate of America’s federal, black citizens, without going into known details, these two occasions, as with all the others, except July 4th, Independence Day, are essentially, partying celebrations and/or times of solemnity.
Whereas, the National Day of “The January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation”, is obviously the grandest of them both, albeit, the overlooked foundation of the 1865, forever military liberated, “recognized” and “maintained” into freedom, all chattel enslaved American Africans, including Freemen (non enslaved American Africans), and their descendant children, today’s federalized, black citizens of the only and exclusive, federal super citizenship status.

Early in the first half of the US Civil War (1861-1865) that ended the then, 245 years, generations-destroying, institutionalized, chattel slavery, human trafficking industry of American Africans, the 1861, First, and 1862, Second Confiscation Acts enacted by Congress, is the foundation of the January 1,1863, Presidential Executive Ordered, Emancipation Proclamation.
One hundred-sixty years later, the horrid, alarming, appalling situational conditions of American African, federal citizens, is “EXHIBIT A”, corpus delicti- body of evidence, that the authorities and powers federally designated to them, have never been fully actualized.
Largely associated with partisan, political suppression, such as Black Code/Jim Crowism, i.e., legislated, racial discrimination against the former slave – new citizens, this most dangerous, national security threatening matter, is largely due to the fact that…
…at the time of the 1863 Emancipation Proclamation enactment, 99% of Its’ Subject Beneficiaries were illiterate, and/or (for those who could read), unable to comprehend it.
Today, having fourth grade average literacy, the time has finally come in which American Africans can now be enlightened of, educated about, celebrated, and most importantly, execute the inheritance of the specialized powers bequeathed to them/us by President Lincoln, et al, in the Emancipation Proclamation.
Such is highly particular of Sentence 2. B, for “any effort they might make for their actual freedom”, bequeathed to them, 161 years ago this coming, January 1st, New Years Day, of which We the People will celebrate for the first time.
As the Second or Part II of the July 2-4,1776 US Declaration of Independence, the January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation is paramount to It, thereby being the first real step towards American Africans legally designated, power of authority to govern for themselves into the full citizenship experience “as is enjoyed by white citizens” . (1866 Civil Rights Act, Sec. 1)
It’s calculated that upon the reception of this annual, National Holiday, the collective attitude/spirit, and subsequent, enlightened, civil behavior of the chattel slave descendants, will begin the systematic transformation of American, traditional, unconscious, and inherited, “systemic racism”, into that of redemptive rectifying, reconciliation Healing from the 404 years of white-black “wounds” of unrequited injustices to America’s embattled soul between white and black citizens.
The author of this great and wonderful federal law, the Hon. President Abraham Lincoln, as well as The Most High GOD, with Whom he covenanted the Emancipation Proclamation, will be highly delighted in this finishing task.
Therefore, as so called yearly, individual/personal, self-improvement resolutions, which generally don’t last, second only to The Holy Bible, as a Congressionally legislated, National Holiday, that of “The January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation” will serve black and white citizens as America’s Highest Holy Day, similar to that of the Jewish Yom Kippor.
Despite respectively beautiful, religious, and traditional, ethno-racial-custom, and various/differing forms of GOD worship as Yom Kippor collectively, universally and generational unites all Jews…
…in like manner, so will this long awaited, National Holiday of the January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation, serve for the unification of its Subject Beneficiaries, i.e., American African, black citizens, the inheritors of the only exclusive federal, super citizenship status, based on their chattel slavery heritage Experience…not race – skin colors, etc.
