This informational content is standard for all persons seeking to empower themselves and their followers with the necessary authoritative, Federal power whereby individually or collectively, can significantly and effectively wage your battles for America’s Soul, via educating, i.e., “arming” ourselves’ and our peoples in/with Constitution “Black” Power!
After electronically (phone) meeting some of you for the first time, and having promised to send you information of Constitution “Black” Power (CBP), in pondering the best way to accomplish this, is to create a directory with the basics, (101) teachings, and subsequently had take several days of work to make it as clear and concise as possible.
Also, there are those in our company, whom I have taught and worked on these Federal Laws since 2012; whereas, others, i.e., the OG’s, such as James Spencer, a US Marine Corps Veteran, and community activist, who in 2004, enlightened me to the 1866 Civil Rights Act, the heart and center of our federal, super citizenship status.
It’s my strategic calculations, that even though most of us have never met each other, and while each may differ in politics, social class status, religion, etc., you will gleefully discover and embrace the “once hidden” (160 years), greatest, American mystery of the latent, “Black ” power in the US Constitution and Emancipation Proclamation, that will finally unite us as singularly, one body politic segment of We the People, the employers, “bosses”, leaders, and masters of the personnel listed within the sacred document, as our employees, even servants.
The “Head” of the “Body”
This is the mind-perception change that’s been waiting to spring up into the We the People, Preamble-Head of the Seven (7) Articles, and Twenty-Seven (27) Amendments, being the Body of the Constitution, since 1776, i.e., 247 years.
Until now, instead of the Head ordering the Body, the Body was/is and hopefully not much longer, ordering the Head, which accounts for so much madness in our American society. Of the necessity of everyone – stakeholder’s, this will now begin to change from the Body, to the Head with an rapidly increasing, online generated momentum as peoples become aware accordingly.
For nearly two and half centuries, this correct, Constitutional mind-set has lain dormant and latent, and the powers thereof, never fully accessed, instead, instead dominated by the now proven failed “2-4-6” years, federal voting cycle, as demonstrated by the massive rejection to the political voting, governance process.
As any given failure in a laboratory, wherein, experimental such is to expected, that it maybe corrected and perfected, this particular in people oriented governance, is nothing to be be ashamed of, as it is, and hopefully soon replaced with an actual, living, practicing, and successful experiment.
Apparently, for such a national security threat, new American era as present, apparently, by Divine Providence, the “noise” of societal chaos, is inciting the awakening of Americans, particularly, black, super citizens, to actually and finally assume that We the People role based on the blatant failure of the “2-4-6” years voting cycle system.
According to the First Law of this ever dividing, never-has-been-united, one nation under GOD, the Declaration of Independence, in which HE is the Central Figure, We the People are authorized to remove any part of the Republican Form of Government and replace with something more conducive and convenient for them.
“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to *throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”
*Or, portions of government thereof, as is the failed “2-4-6” year voting cycle system, or minimize its importance, being second, having “…new guards…” that We the People create and establish by this Constitution.
Once learned and embraced, this same uniting power is the drawing as well as the cohesive element that will seemingly hold us together, as it transcends each of us above the emotional barriers that keeps us apart, and evening “warring”, i.e., being self-destructive, antagonistic, distrusting and competitive towards one another.
Our Transcendent Youth
The application of these highly special, and powerful, Federal Laws, have the ability to effectuate the same transcendence within our lost, dream/visionless, thereby, purposelessness of youth, which naturally, along with other self-destructive behavior, leads to the thrills of literal, combat, street warfare, in which circa, 7,500 innocent, primarily young, black boys and men, die by gunfire from the hands of their fellows every year.
As the proper kind of knowledge, is power, such these Federal Law, i.e., Constitution “Black” Power (CBP), and especially that which is of The Most High GOD, Whom is the Central Figure of the US Declaration of Independence, HIM saying, “MY people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge (in HIM and related information).” (Hosea 4:6, The Tanakh – Hebrew Holy Scriptures/Bible)
This being combined with “Without a vision, the people perish”, which is long, languishing, slow-dying death.” (Proverbs 29:18 The Tanakh)
Also, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked bears rule, the people mourn.” (Proverbs 29:2, The Tanakh)
Also, “Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless!” (Isaiah 10:1-2, The Tanakh)
Therefore, it now up to us to first learn, embrace, then enlighten, teach these Federal Law, i.e., CBP to our children, thereby instilling within their hearts and souls, actual, real governmental, ruling power, which then stirs exciting vision of tomorrow for them, followed by healing reconciliation and peace of Shalom, Salaam, Namaste, etc.!
So please, in your interest, take the quality time to rediscover the 160 years, unknown, therefore latent, government-ruling power of the Constitution and Emancipation Proclamation bequeathed to us these Federal Law’s Subject Beneficiaries.
In conclusion:
When it comes to determining our own destiny, “in any efforts they/we may make for their/our actual freedom”, it is by these Federal Laws, We the People, American African US black , federal, super citizens are exclusively authorized to issue orders to both, either individually or jointly, the Executive Republican Government, i.e., the Presidency, President of the United States (POTUS), the Chief Executive Officer and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces; and the Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, of the Military.
This is that time, ordained by The Most High, to whom our chattel enslaved ancestors, and Jim Crowed fore parents, fervently implored to raise up a generation-posterity of theirs and the US they of the founding fathers as well, awakened and led by us https://mattersofblacklives.com/batram/ , of which I firmly believe that we are indeed the people that we, and the whole world, has been waiting for.
All this takes, is just a little, committed, quality time of study, no money, necessary, and this time, “we shall overcome” because we have no other alternative.
