The January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation.
Similar to the 1862-63 US Civil War period, the present state and looming fate of imminent dissolution of the Union, Republican Form of Government, as then now depends on “today” legislation of January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, into a federal, “National Commemoration Day”.
Tantamount to the July 2-4, 1776, US Declaration of Independence, the Emancipation Proclamation also has the “teeth” of binding, federal law enforced the President and Military.
The matter is of utmost concern to The Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence, therefore, it demands the Number 1, the top, the front-line position of every American’s agenda to “Save the Union”, as We the People must now resume carrying of President Abraham Lincolns’ sacred intent bequeathed in the Emancipation Proclamation.
Not Another MLK Day or Juneteenth
Unlike MLK Day and Juneteenth, which are essentially, tax paid, national appeasement party days one, celebrates a great man, the other merriment over certain Texas, chattel slaves receiving the end of war and slavery news some 30 days later, but neither connects to binding federal law.
Being placed upon this generation by timely Divine Providence, this sacred matter is not to be relegated as “sideshow”, or secondary concern, but rather is the will of the founding fathers, Lincoln, and the 1854-56, Republican Party-led, 36th to 43rd, US Congressional Members to continue the 1776 Revolution until that “new birth of Freedom” achieved by the Emancipation Proclamation resulting in that of all America.
In the Interest of…
According to federal documentation, the very core, i.e., nature (“genetic” structure) of January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation is a Sacred Document, i.e., Covenant-Scripture, made in the blood warfare (non-Hebrew Biblical), identifies the United States, Federal, Union Republic, as a spiritual nation, being self-professed under GOD, A SPIRIT”
Despite the historic, generally, ungodly behavior of We the People, the philosophy, federally-legal, documented on “paper” profession of American under GOD, Divinely binds and places America into the Heavenly Courts of The Supreme Judge, to whom our appeal is made “for the rectitude of our intention” to be Free-Emancipated.
We the People are generationally and collectively accountable for our thoughts, words, and deeds before HIM, as HE Is taking keen notice, as well as documentation of the affairs committed in governments and all ethno-racial of peoples on earth.
The spiritual Declaration of Independence Covenant between our founding fathers and GOD, Its Central Figure, is to be fervently observed as such, lest We the People suffer the “nation-shaking” consequences resulting from such blatant disobedience to the Creator’s intention, that all HIS children breathe free.
Hence,
“You shall be justified or condemned by your words (*spoken or/and written).”
“I tell you, the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak…
for by your words, you will be justified,
and by your words, you will be condemned.”
(Mathew 12: 36, 37)
The founding fathers were so intent on protecting, keeping, and globally promulgating the inalienable rights of GOD’s gift of Freedom to all human beings, that they became willing to take and shed blood in warfare against “strong man” tyranny, in this case, represented by the British, Monarchial empire of King George III.
The GOD Line Thread and legacy
The tracible Legacy Line of America’s Central Figure threads from July 2-4, 1776, Declaration of Independence; to January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation; to November 19, 1863, Gettysburg Address; to March 5, 1864, President Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address; to August 28, 1963, Martin Luther King, Jr., “I Have A Dream Speech”; to 2024, “National Emancipation Proclamation Commemoration Day”.
Listed is the corpus Delicti – “Body of Evidence” that the USA is spiritually based geo-political, governing body politic, whereby the We the People thereof, are accountable to the collective, generational, as well as individual self-profession by spoken word in prayers and governmental oaths and allegiance, as well as those written on “paper”, i.e., federal laws and iconic-notable speeches, including in musical songs of patriotism.
- First, The Declaration of Independence, wherein GOD Is The Central Figure, is acknowledged four (4) times from the opening statement to its’ last sentence.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:5, 6)
“In GOD We Trust.”
- Nature’s GOD, The Universe bows to HIM;
- The Creator, Created all human beings equal, endowing them with the gifts of freedom and rights not be denied by anybody or matter;
- Supreme Judge, on constant, Heavenly Court trial to justify our resistance to “strong man” tyranny, in US Revolution Case, bloody violence;
- Divine Providence, in HE blesses the “firm reliance of the protection” from such Divine activity.
- Second, The Federal Constitution opens with “In the Year of our LORD”, which of course is Jesus The Judaic ChristNote: The Fed. The Constitution enforces the mandates of the Declaration of Independence, of which GOD is the Center.
- Third, Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, opening sentence “In the Year of our LORD”, to Sent. 8 “gracious favor of Almighty GOD” (Annuit Corptis – “HE Has Favored Our Undertaking”; and Sent. 10, “Year of our LORD.”
- Fourth, Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address – “This nation under GOD” (“One nation under GOD” Pledge of Allegiance)
- Fifth, Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address –
“dare to ask a just GOD’s assistance…The Almighty has HIS purposes…in the providence of GOD…HIS appointed time…
HE now wills to remove, and that HE gives…a living GOD always ascribe to HIM…
Yet, if GOD wills…the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether…
with firmness in the right as GOD gives us…to see the right”
6. Sixth, “I Have A Dream” speech – Martin Luther King, Jr.,
In the clear, revelatory prophesy, prophet, MLK, Jr., opens his August 28, 1963, “Dream” speech, alluding to January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, wherein awakening cognizance, he clearly recognized the authority by which American Africans themselves are federally empowered to rectify the 245 years of generations-destroying, chattel slavery and the succeeding 99 years of Jim Crowism perpetrated upon them by We the People of this purported, immigrant “nation under GOD”.
Such power was/is designed bequeathed to a special, future generation having just enough initial reading and comprehension literacy whereby the Inheritors empower themselves into full, EXPERIENTIAL “equal justice/protection under the law” US citizenship“ as is enjoyed by white citizens.” (The Act, Sec. 1)
The young prophet admonished and warned,
“Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual.”
There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro (chattel slave descendent children) is granted his citizenship rights (experientially). The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.”
- Seventh, As The Almighty Most High GOD, Is The Alpha-Center and Omaga of the Declaration of Independence, Jesus/Yeshua being acknowledged in the dating, and the Emancipation Proclamation, HIS Majesty of High Is also that of MLK’s “Dream” saying,
“…and when we allow freedom (Emancipation Proclamation) to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city (internet), we will be able to speed up that day (“bright day [star of David) emerges), when all of God’s children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: “Free at last. Free at last. Thank God Almighty, we are free at last.”
“So let Emancipation ring (stated 10 times). “Emancipation at last. Emancipation at last. Thank GOD Almighty, America, We the People are finally Emancipated.”
“…appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions” to keep, maintain and globalize the gifts of Freedom – Emancipation from “strong man” tyranny, which The GOD, The Creator bestowed upon all human beings (“Peace on earth, Good Will toward all humanity”)
“…with a firm reliance upon the protection (from ourselves) of Divine Providence, we pledge…” devote ourselves to “that cause” for which hundreds of thousands of American, young boys and men, including Lincoln, devotedly killed each other in the Civil War over this matter of Emancipation emanating out that enslavement of American Africans, therefore, all US citizens owe their devoted allegiance to it above their previously set, noble agendas for America.
Other than the Torah-Tanakh, Hebrew Holy Scriptures, i.e. The Bible, when it comes to black lives mattering, the President Abraham Lincoln Emancipation Proclamation, is the most sacredly important, US Constitutional legal, living action-law for the rectification, reconciliation, healing and peace-Shalom in/for our, of mutual interest, Union Republic’s, embattled soul, built upon the chattel enslaved backs of todays’ black citizens.”
