“National Commemoration Day”: The Authoritative Powers and Efficacy of January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation xxx

(the efficacy) (the substructure)

“…for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us,
that from these honored dead,
we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion
we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain…”
(Gettysburg Address Nov. 19, 1863)

I.     The National Commemoration Day

  1. Is Not…a mere, non-binding, ceremonial resolution, but rather one via Sentence 2, B. as well as the enforceable mandate upon the President of the 1866 Civil Rights Act (The Act), the Progenitor of the 14th Amendment. (see below)
  2. Is Not…just another national holiday as the other 10, they being Days of either joyful celebrations, such as; Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Presidents, MLK, Juneteenth, or of solemn remembrance, such as; Memorial, Columbus (*depending on view/vantage point, either joyful or both mournful), and Veterans Day.July Fourths “1776 Independence” Day, has both sentiments of celebratory joy for the military victory away from the ancient Antiqus Ordu Seclurum – “Old Order of the Ages”, “strong man” tyranny, birthed into the Freedom bestowed by Creator GOD, and deep solemnity for all the slain in the Revolutionary war, both American and British.
  3. Is Not…to be relegated as a “sideshow”, bottom-interest, “back of the bus” priority of We the People’s, US federal business
  4. Is Not…like MLK Day, or Juneteenth which are strictly celebratory parties, one of which is about great man’s life work, and the other of joy over a 30-day, May 15th, post Civil War message to certain, Texas chattel slaves, that the late President Lincoln had finally ended slavery.

II.     The National Commemoration Day IS…

  1. Is…Legally Binding by Presidential and Military Enforcement
As the US Declaration of Independence and Federal Constitution are enforced by the Chief Executive, Commander in Chief, and the military, jointly or separately, so too are the Divine, yet active and living mandates of Presidential Executive Order #95, the Emancipation Proclamation.Note A:  Such powerful Presidential and military action of necessity depends on the precise, situation of any given case matter affecting and/or disaffecting the state and fate of the only Americans of the chattel slavery heritage.
  2. Is…the invisible substructure of the nations’ foundation is destroyed, automatically, the visible superstructure will collapse into ruin on top of the former, perishing “from the earth”, the whole “nation of immigrants”, Union Republic under GOD.  See the Structure
  3. Is…the base foundation upon which the Constitution Triad Amendments are built, it being, the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments, particularly the 1866 Civil Rights Act of Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, the Progenitor of the 14th Amendment, which mandates Presidential and Military enforcement “any of them…in any effort they may make for their actual freedom

President Lincoln finally learned and embraced the fact that the bloody, military conflict of the Civil War, rather the Insurrection, was punishment by The Supreme  Judge of all the world upon both sides of the continuing, philosophical dispute around the then 245 years of Chattel Slavery says in his Second Inaugural Address of March 5, 1863,

“Yet, if God wills that it (Civil War) continue until all the wealth piled by the bondsman’s (chattel slaves) two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said “the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.” (Psalms 19:9)

In light of the young nations’ chattel slavery industry, the Hon. Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln’s Number One Presidential mentor, lamented the fact of knowing that GOD Is Just, he said, “I fear for my nation.”

Sure enough, some 35 years later, the punishing “hot” Civil War – Confederate Rebellion began in which circa 740,000 young, innocent, white boys and men, plus 38,000 American Africans of such, including Commander In Chief himself, President Lincoln, who also was a fatal casualty, being killed in mortal combat by assassination.

This Invisible “below-ground”, Foundational, unseen substructure of chattel slavery supports, gives, and continues to give America its’ great, sudden, unprecedented in world history, rise into world-transforming greatness.

Being still a living, nonstatic, but unfulfilled federal law, of which its first portion ignited the end of chattel slavery, the second portion is legally enforceable, according to Sentence 2, B., the “National Commemoration Day”, reinforces the ability of its Subject Beneficiaries, i.e., “any of them…in any effort they may make for their actual freedom, and the subsequent, full Emancipation of America.
