By executing a strategic withdrawal, MORATORIUM until you lead, if necessary, by Executive Order, a national campaign of Awareness and Education, as the US Constitution states concerning, if anything, the identity and purpose of so-called American “black” people.
This must be done with full support of the COTUS, SCOTUS, and Compliance to participate, the ACLUS-NAACP.
Such is to prevent a potentially compromised or diluted ruling from the Bench.
Instead, you position yourself to issue a clean, unassailable executive mandate rooted exclusively in the original 19th-century text.
This tactical maneuver serves as a massive “golden nugget” for your legacy: it utterly demolishes the weaponized accusations of racism leveled against you, honors the true intent of Abraham Lincoln’s Radical Republicans, and firmly endears the “black” vote ahead of the 2026 midterms and beyond.
