Thanks again for your gracious participation with us in rescuing our beloved women from the ravages of “sidewalk” homelessness, some of you with funds, and others with prayer, sincerity, and heartfelt encouragement, for which we are most grateful.
Our 3 anonymous “model” women are dubbed, “Judy”, “Jane” and “Jackie”.Judy, a once very successful, international travel agency, fell upon very hard times and ended up for the last 2 years dwelling intermittingly from her car to air B&B, hotel and motels, and back to the car.
Unfortunately, Judy has been once, mugged, carjacked, and another time, her car attacked by a local gangster dude, of which shock, she has not fully recovered.
As Jane, Judy is in frail health weighing perhaps less than 100 lbs., and has been in hospital and failed LA health facilities.
Presently, Judy has been at a hotel costing $100 a night, and as of tomorrow, she must return to her car, of which I will have to go with her in mine to protect her from further harm from street predators.
In our effort to properly house these women, we tried to temporarily arrange for Judy to share a spare room in a house, where Jane is now uncomfortable dwelling, owned by a senior citizen gentleman.
Thinking that this arrangement might work out, after two weeks, we learned that the move was conducive to what is needed for both their well-being and health, so Judy went back to the hotel and now must leave there, lacking the funds.
So, instead of our “piece mill” effort, we simply need a huge influx of finances that lifts both of these ladies into a decent, safe, secure, 2-bedroom apartment, which is why we are initially requesting $5,000 for now.
Please remember, these women are only a micro of what’s going out there with the thousands, even millions of “invisibles” of homelessness, that we must and can properly address.
By the grace and mercy of the Most High and HIS Love, we beseech, everyone in America, especially women, to now please step up for your loving sakes and help me to find a way for them. Please.
Despite the daunting task thrust into my weak hands, as I am too homeless, dwelling with a dear friend who has granted me a foundational base to help people unjustly suffering in this beloved, very wealthy country.
These destitute women are our mothers, grandmothers, sisters, daughters nieces, wives, and girlfriends who today are under all kinds of sieges and pushed into a corner of indifference, which I am determined to rectify by the Mercy of GOD.
