Learn The Power of Authority of US, Federalized Black Citizens
Being cognizant and understanding, thereby executing true “black” power, based on the January 1,1863, Emancipation Proclamation, noting Sentence 2. B.; and the US Constitution, particularly the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Acts; the 1861-62, First and Second, Confiscation Acts; the 1870-71 Enforcement (ant-KKK) Acts, and associated doctrines and policies.
Note: Being a devotee, and Number One Protégé’ of Hon. and highly noted, Professor, John Eastman, and listening to other American African spokes persons, or black community commentators, both liberal/Democrat and conservative/Republican, based on my hard study, and experiential expertise, I have emerged as the clearest voice on these subjects.
The Politically – Moral Topics
1. The authority of the 14th Amendment, the exterior “face” of the 1866 Civil Rights “Birthright Citizenship” belongs exclusively to American African, federalized, black citizens, of the only, and exclusive, federal, super citizenship status, and not “anchor-children”, et al.
The characterization of the “January 6th” demonstration for the sanctity of America, as an insurrection, is a lying falsity, and therefore, in the light of the gaslighting attacks on Mr. Trump from 2015-2023, such is the actual insurrection, which has its living roots in that of the Democratic Party of 1861, which initiated a violent war against the Union and Its’ Constitutional Republican Form of Government (Art.4, Sec. 4, US Const.)
2. The Southern Border Invasion
As early warning signalers , along with several other black citizen activists, in face of threats of violence and verbally assaulted with anti-black, racial slurs, Justiceville conducted following actions:
* held news conferences; visited the southern border; lead four, and the only Civil Rights marches in USA, against illegal immigration, 2 in downtown LA on Broadway, 1 on Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, CA, 1 in Lehmert Part, South Central LA.
Note: Even though we had the proper permits for the march and use of the Park, our legal efforts stopped by LAPD and Mayor, Antonio Villanueva, and myself along with 4 other black men were arrested for civil disobedience, because the racist, LA Raza organizers harassed our procession, and seized the park before our arrival, crowding it with women, children and babies, and threatened violence the permits were enforced.
- During the Bush #43 and Obama #44, our team was the strongest black entity addressing Congress on the matter, even lobbying Congressional Members, etc., and the Justice Department.
- Also, I testified at the Maryland Legislature, as well as the leaders of Judicial Watch and FAIR know me and my work stopping the destruction that illegal immigration has on black citizens.
- As with the 14th Amendment, etc., the reason for non-black support of President Trump on the border matter, is because they knew and continue to know anything about it, let alone how to fight it as my team and I did and do.
- Also, traveled twice to Chicago, one alone, and the second, with a team of black citizens to address the Hispanic-Latino-Mexican, illegal alien lady about her attempting to steal the Rosa Parks Legacy via the twisting of the 14th Amendment for her child born within US borders, whereat Minister Lewis Farrakhan posted 13 Fruit of Islam soldiers to prevent me, then us from addressing the Civil Rights theft. I was even threatened with violence.
- Some eighteen years ago, I was the first American to publicly state in traditional and social media, that illegal immigration is the worse threat to American Africans, since the Civil War era, of which I got extreme “heat” for, because it’s true and LA Raza hated that I dare say that for fear it would arouse black citizens against it.
Hence, 10 years after I proclaimed It, Mr. Trump rightly did so in 2015, stating the illegal immigration hurts black citizens more than anybody else, of which is one of the primary reasons why I twice voted for him, and again, provided he continues with this Constitutionally correct and moral position

- Launch a Campaign of Cognizant Awareness
To enlighten the Subject Beneficiaries of the authority that they/we possess of with these aforementioned, federal laws, and by them being cognizant of such, will rise up for Mr. Trump, et al.
