Being the first statement, The Preamble reigns supreme

over the Constitution of the United States of America

Because ultimate authority of the government

is in the body politic of the governed

Therefore, each citizen in the body collective also has a sacred Oath and Charge to keep even greater than tha of elected and appointed government officials'

Citizens Oath of Office

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
