"Enforce the 14th Amendment as
originally intended"
The Enforcement of the 14th
Amendment – 1866 Civil Rights Act as originally intended, that being, the Emancipated Slaves,
Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees, who happen to be Negro or Colored, West
African descendants, have been secured in this New Nation with full “equal justice
under the law” United States citizenship “…as is enjoyed by White

Among other items, enforcement would
mean first and foremost protecting the Emancipated Slaves from invasion and/or
any harm from either foreign or domestic enemies to the United States of
America; that “We the People”
supervise the enacting and execution by the federal government the
proper measures that will enforce Section 1 of the 14th Amendment and
Constitutionally codified 1866 Civil Rights ACT.
Historical STANDING For The King DREAM ACT
Since the (circa) 1630’s, the labor of West African
chattel slaves and their children has been the foundational corner stone of the
British Empire's American colonies later becoming the great United States on July

Highlights For Standing
Since July4,1776, when the slaves were inherited from the
British Empire into jurisdiction of the United States, the American
Emancipated Slave Citizens, there is listed a few items that gives them
unparallel qualification for STANDING in the 14th Amendment and Civil
Rights of 1866, which are"

The early Transatlantic Slave Trade
out of West Africa under English Crown jurisdiction (until it was
abolished March 25,1807), allowed for a financial boom from the profit
margin due to slavery which no doubt played a vital role role in the
dispute it had with the American colonies.
Ø
When the Founding Fathers declared
independence by oath before the Creator GOD and Judge of all the earth in the name
of the people of these United States and their prosperity, pledged to
each other their fortunes, much of it which was derived
from the peculiar institution of chattel slavery.
Essentially, slave labor helped to fund the 1776
American Revolution!
- Fought In Nearly Every War That
The New Nation Waged since 1776 until Afghanistan;
- Significantly participated in the
technology boom of “Yankee Ingenuity” of the rapid, historical,
unprecedented upstart American industrialism;
- Since 1866, Emancipated Slaves,
Freedmen-Freemen have been overrun by massive waves of immigrants
primarily out of Europe and are now facing hordes of illegal aliens
and their children;
- Since their extrapolation
“yesterday” from the interiors of West African, the children of the
chattel slaves are the product of generations of inhumane abuse
clearly contradictive to the demands of the Declaration of
Independence for all men created equal and citizens of the United
States
- Ominously, being only 46 years
out of massive racial legislation of discrimination and segregation by municipal, county and state governments (1866 – 1964)
by former Confederate - Rebellious States for 99 years on a prior
foundation of 235 of chattel slavery, totaling 334…the negative
generational impact on the Emancipated Slaves from such is yet to be known.
- Being only 11% to 13% of the
general population of the United States, Emancipated Slaves,
Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees lead all other ethno-racial groups of the
nation in nearly every negative social statistic.
Honor and
Reward The Freedmen Patriots
In light of their
inherited situations and circumstances, American Black US citizens are
comparatively the most Patriotic and
Constitutionally loyal ethno-racial group in the country.
Therefore, the Rev.-Dr. Martin
Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights DREAM ACT of 2011Bill must be introduced
in both Houses of Congress as well as in all 50 State and territorial
legislatures demanding the total Enforcement of the 14th Amendment and
its Constitutionally codified 1866 Civil Rights ACT by the President of
the United States of America.
While Democrats are calling for the
Dream Act for illegal aliens, American Patriots must call for the King
DREAM ACT, for the Patriotic US Emancipated Slave citizens, which if
legislated and obeyed-enforced with full mandated Constitutional
authority, all aspects of illegal immigration civilian invasion with
immediately cease to plaque our beloved country, including antics such
as: The Dream Act, drivers license, welfare, education, housing,
employment, healthcare, law breaking, etc.
The Hispanic/Latino Dream Act for a
White-Caucasian ethnicity, foreign nationality, illegally within the
United States, having made no historical contributions to the New Nation,
being Hispanic/Latino, neo fake “Brown-Bronze” La Raza race or the King
DREAM ACT for American Black US citizens, the only ethno-racial people in the
country that actually has Constitutional STANDING via the 13th, 14th, 15th
Amendments and the Civil Rights of 1866.
Such a movement would nullify all
accusations of racism towards Republicans, Conservative and Tea Party
Americans because it forces us all to choose between the two starkly
contrasting Dreams.
There is no government official in
neither to the three Federal Branches, nor anywhere in the United
States, nor any people including Hispanic/Latinos can resist or deny the
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Civil Rights Act of 2011.
Of course, Black folks are going to
love this, because once again will rightly placed in forefront of the
nations' foreign as well as domestic business, but
this time in an unprecedented way that King himself and Malcolm could only
dream about.
You let Hispanic/Latinos, or any
other ethno-racial group, including Muslims, Marxist, socialist, "gays",
liberals, Democrats, African American leadership, Congressional Black
Caucus, Conservative, Tea Party, Republicans, whoever, et al, try to
protest or stop this particular ACT…there will be outrage like they could never believe until
they actually see it, but then it will be too late.
Please take the time to study this

For the moral sake of the New Nation under GOD, please
move upon your legislators to legislate, enact and enforce the Rev.-Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr. DREAM ACT and put them in touch with me and the
