ENFORCEMENT of the 14th AMENDMENT-1866 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT
As originally Intended
The Protection and
Advancement of American Black US Citizens
By The Executive Power of the President of the United States
Commander In Chief of The National Armed Forces
The Disclaimer
"equal protection under the
law" Justice
Not Tax
Dollars
Not Another Government Spending,
Socialist, Welfare Program
Government action does not necessitate spending tax
dollars on supposedly social programs of redemption for the poor as
the people of the United States experienced over the last generation.
The Rev-Dr. Martin Luther King,
Jr. DREAM ACT (a legislative bill) is not another failed federal
government socialist welfare programs that has wrecked devastating
havoc of a Biblical proportion upon the American Black US citizens,
i.e., Emancipated Slaves, Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees, commonly known
today as African Americans and/or Black-Negroid (Spanish for black).
The socialist agenda of using the
poor classes as fodder to destroy our capitalist, free enterprise,
American Republic of the United States, was primarily initiated during
the unprecedented four-term pf (1930’s – 1940’s ) Presidential
Administration of the late Hon. Franklin D. Roosevelt!
However, it was/is the massive
federal government welfare programs contained in the 1964 Civil Rights
Act unwisely implemented upon the poor classes of both White and Black
citizens that has wrecked this havoc on them, with the greatest
devastation befalling the Emancipated Slaves in history, as evidenced
by their present state and fate in America today.
Therefore, the King DREAM ACT is
not a federal government welfare program requiring more wasteful
spending of the tax payers’ fortunes, meager or plenteous, but rather
legislative actions to protect the American Black US citizens and
their descendants.
First Action, ENFORCE Protection
First and foremost, the ACT demands that government
officials under Oath of Office, to protects the Emancipated Slaves,
Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees from all disenfranchisement of their “equal
justice under the law” US citizenship “as is enjoyed by White
citizens”
According to the Civil Rights Act of 1866, Section 2,
no individual, government or otherwise, nor thing, including
legislation, is to obstruct the advancement of the Emancipated Slaves,
for such is a crime against the Constitution.
The Sworn, Constitutional Duty of
Government Officials
Regardless of emotional rationale to justify the
disenfranchisement of the Freedmen, even by a “suffering” population
of foreign civilians illegally entering the United States in the name
of improving their lifestyles or even claiming a refugee status,
government officials have sworn before GOD that they will defend and
protect the Constitution of the United States and the citizens
thereof.
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support
and defend the Constitution of the United States against all
enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and
allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without
any mental (emotional) reservation or purpose of evasion;
and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office
on which I am about to enter:
So help me God."
Particularly, the President, Commander In Chief of the
US Armed Forces emphatically proclaims under Oath that his number one
job is to protect the citizens of the United States of America via
supporting the mandates of the Constitution.
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I
will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States,
and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend
the Constitution
of the United States."
Unique Constitutional Protection of the
Emancipated Slaves
Unlike all other ethno-racial-nationalities of willing
immigrant heritage in the United States, the Emancipated Slaves have
been granted special Constitutional protections
according to the
experience by which they were bought as chattel slaves into America
from West Africa and not because of the color of their skin, race,
racial characteristics or religion.
The illegal immigration civilian invasion of the United
States which is the greatest threat to the state and fate of American
Black US citizens since slavery, demands that the President executes
the enforcement of the King ACT as dictated by the Constitution
against all enemies, foreign and domestic, including “suffering”
illegal aliens.
Therefore, the Martin Luther King, Jr. DREAM ACT is one
that first and foremost protects the Emancipated Slaves,
Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees and to ensure their full “equal justice
under the law” US citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens”
according to the Constitutional mandates of the 14th Amendment-1866
Civil Rights Act.
