For
the first time in history, the whole world is about to witness a sitting
leader of a nation, in this case, a US American President leading A
FORCE of foreign foes in an invasion against his own country, THEREBY
risking the ire of GOD and that of
the people in "the land of the free and home of the brave."
President
Obama and his Attorny General, Mr. Eric Holder, with religious, moral
and Civil Rights Legacy support of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, on behalf of the people
of the United States - the Plaintiff, are executing a federal law suit attack
against the State of Arizona-the Accused, for legislating SB 1070 in order
to help stem the illegal immigration invasion of the United States of
America.
No doubt when the
two African American Black men accuse the SB 1070 to be unconstitutional
and violation of Civil Rights, they harkening to the days when the
federal government would chide States that were enforcing debilitating,
racist engendered legislation against the US Emancipated, Black slaves
to counter 14th Amendment edicts of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 (*
ratified 1868) granted to them. Which was/is the right and correct
thing to do. GOD Blessed America!
However, applying
such power on behalf of what is clearly a foreign invasion is wrong and
patently treasonous, especially these two individuals have taken Oath of
Office before the GOD of this nation to "...support and defend the
Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and

The first invasion
of the United States occurred in 1812 by the military forces of the
British Empire in its second war with the New Nation. Unlike the
previous one, the second invasion which we experience today, though not
militarily as the previous one, but rather of civilian citizenry, is
just as dangerous, if not more so.
While the British
military used the arms of physical-violent forces, the hefty “weapon of
masse destruction” upon our nation today is one of biological makeup,
that is, Birthright citizenship.
Even if the borders
were 100% proof closed today, the question of US Civil Rights to illegal
aliens, possible amnesties, Anchorism – anchor-babies, i.e., birthright
citizenship remains a grave threat to the national security of the
nation.
Yet, for the sake of
foreign civilian citizens invading and occupying our lands, even
demanding amnesty, as though we Americans must now surrender to their
invasion, the Obama administration is set to sue the State of Arizona in
a mad response to Senate Bill 1070 becoming law Thursday, July 29,2010.
Obama and Holder
think that the Executive Branch has the governmental authority to wage
war on behalf of the invasion in US Federal Court against a sovereign
state of the Union, because they decree it to be rebellious against the
mandates of the Constitution and violates Civil Rights.
Essentially, the
Obama Administration is seeking to deny the People of the State of
Arizona the Constitutional Right defend its right and that of the nation
to exist free of foreign invasion.
An attack upon one
State by a foreign or domestic foe is an attack upon all the other 49.
When Hawaii the territory was attacked by the Japanese imperial armed
forces on December 7,1941, the federal government considered it one upon
all 48 States.
For the first time
in history, a US President is leading an invasion of the United States
of America. What? How did we get here?

Similar, but
interestingly in reverse to the 1860 armed forces attack upon Union Fort
Sumpter by the State of South Carolina thereby ushering in the Civil
War, the modern day federal government is deliberately igniting a new
“cold war” conflict between the states which advocate illegal
immigration-slavery invasion of the United States and those who oppose

Obama and Holder,
supposedly two African American Black men, hiding behind their skin
color, hence the Black “Mantle” of the American Civil Rights Legacy, are
high-jacking federal government power to attack the State of Arizona by
a law suit due to SB 1079, are essentially declaring legal war on the
Union itself.
Mr. Obama and Mr.
Holder, along with their street surrogate Al Sharpton, are directly
leading the civilian citizen’s invasion of our country by the very use
our own tax paid for Justice Department and in the name of Civil Rights
Legacy.
When the invasion is
finally stopped, investigated and revealed for what it is, the suspected
parties will be apprehended, prosecuted and if found guilty of treason,
they are to be punished to the full extent of the law.
The Obama led, Big
Fed attack upon the State of Arizona is an odious affront to all
American Patriots, legitimate immigrant citizen candidates, our military
veterans and the hope of the Founding Fathers’ Dream.
However, by the
Grace, Mercy and prayerfully, the Will of Almighty GOD we shall not
relent, falter, nor fail in our defense of what HE has granted to us as
a nation under HIM with liberty and Justice for all.
