Igniting Possible Reverse Civil War
On December
20,1861, for succeeding from the Union, the State of South Carolina
was chided by President Abraham Lincoln for what he and Republicans
believed was rebellion against the Constitution, which led to the
Civil War of 1869 – 1865.
US Southern States
believed that they had the * 10th Amendment right to resist any
federal oversight deemed by their respective legislatures as harmful
to them, such as, the Republican generated abolition of slavery
movement.

Ratified on
December 15, 1791, The Tenth Amendment restates the Constitution's
principle of
federalism
by providing that powers not granted to the national government nor
prohibited to the states by the Constitution of the United States
are reserved to the states or the people.
Republican led
northern States demanding the emancipation of slaves who languished
under the jurisdiction of the United States government, and those of
the Democratic southern Confederacy insisted on maintaining it, both
claiming Constitutional standing.
In 1866, after the
Civil War, the victorious northern States Congressionally legislated
the 14th and 15th Constitutional Amendments (* slavery abolished by
the 13th on December 18,1865), authorizing the federal government,
even US Military to correctly transform itself from the role of
liberator, to that of “Big Brother” protector of the Emancipated
Slaves.
Such a most
uniquely unprecedented relationship between the US Federal Government
and the Emancipated Slaves, is to continue until the latter comes into
full “equal protection and justice under the law” citizenship “as is
enjoyed by White citizens”!
After circa 235
years of chattel slavery, this nation-changing big government
relationship with the newly emancipated slaves lasted only until 1877.
Thanks to GOD,
from 1865 to the 1877, the
emancipated Slave Negro was free to access the blessing of “life,
liberty and the pursuit of happiness, i.e., “White citizen” status
under the “Big Brother” protection of the US Federal Troops and
Marshals by the Presidential authority of the Civil Act of 1866.
However,
only after 12 years of protected freedom, the nation suddenly
abandoned its original mission in exchange for more profitable and
less contentious ventures, such as immigration, mining, railroading,
confiscating Indian lands and wars with them, Wall Street investing,
oil exploration and exploitation, international politics, corporate
business development in a ballooning industrial 20th Century world.

Of course, the
Emancipated Slaves ever seeking that “life, liberty and pursuit of
happiness” promised to them in the Declaration of Independence, the
Birth Certificate Contract made with GOD by the American Founding
Fathers in 1776, experienced the explosion of generations destroying
White supremacy legislation enforced by mischievous antics of the Ku
Klux Klan (KKK) terror entity of the Democratic Party until the 1964
Civil Rights Act.
Not until the May
1954 Supreme Court Decision of Brown vs. the Board of Education,
did
the “New Nation” experience a President who aggressively sought to
enforce the edicts of the 14th Amendment, etc, when Republican, Dwight
David Eisenhower federalized National Guard troops to escort
Emancipated Slave children into Central High School in Little Rock
Arkansas on September 24,1957.
From the
Eisenhower Administration to that of John F. Kennedy, many
Presidential Acts were executed by which federal marshals as well as
military troops were dispatched to enforce the Contract of the 14th
Amendment and the Civil Rights of 1866, including the infamous
showdown between the later President and Alabama Governor, George
Wallace on June 3,1963.
Since the great
Bamboozlement of the Emancipated Slaves or Freedmen by the 1964 Civil
Rights Act and the trickery “bait-n-switch” scheme of the 1965
Immigration Reform Act, the Big Brother federal government has
betrayed it’s own citizenry by now supporting an invasion of the
United States primarily through its southwest regions by civilian
citizens of foreign nations, mostly from the United Mexican States.
The
original Big Brother government of Abraham Lincoln and the Republicans
has abandoned its correct role to emancipate the slaves and usher them
into the state of being appreciated as “White citizens”, has instead

The federal
government has been commandeered into hindering the completion of the
unfinished work at Gettysburg July 4,1863, in order to rekindle a form
of slavery lobbied for by groups seeking simple, less complicated
cheap labor from desperate Hispanic/Latino – Mexicans illegally within
the United States without official permission from the proper federal
authorities.
