The Legacy: Conservatism and The Generational Aftermath of Chattel Slavery

At the very heart of the Union of the United States’ existence, is the experiential state and destiny of the British-American, chattel slave descendants. 

This matter of human suffering in a nation boasting itself of high, moral, divinely inspired ideals and values of Judaic-Christian liberty, freedom, etc, has been at the great divide of Americana from our country’ beginning, and apparently will remain to its end, if not be the very cauase of its demise.  

Finally, the via global communications systems, the world is beginning to learn of the primary, mysterious cause for the disastrous state and looming fate of doom now suddenly threatening the mighty United States.

 It is ever being revealed to foreigners that the foundation of this "nation of immigrants" that is the greatest perhaps in all of world history, is due its 245 years of institutionalized industry chattel slavery, without which the USA would be what it today. 

Ironically, it's the conservative republicans and their political party that are receiving the overwhelming bulk of accusation for it, instead of the Democratic, which is the historical, the rightful owners of the racist, bigoted, legacy.

Post the US Civil War, for 99 years (1865-1964), chattel slave freedmen, as well as Freeemen and their respective, descendant children, suffured generations-destroying, racially discriminating legislation in forms of the Black Codes and Jim Crow laws.

 Both of these government sanctioned crimes against humanity was historically legislated by the Democratic Party, and their attempted enforcement by the armies of the Southern Confederate states of the Civil War, and the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), its post war, white supremacist, anti-black, anti-republican terrorist arm.

From 1640, until April 11, 1865 (245 years), “…for the love of money which is the root of all evil…” Judaic-Christian, fundamental, Bible believing Democrats thrived off of the British-American peculiar industry of chattel slavery!

History reveals that it was the cruelty and racism of the Democratic Party, not the Repulblican, which has its own roles to anwer for, is at the root of present racial unrest in the country, i.e., "Black Lives Matter."

Democratic Party and Conservatism Connection

Today, most, if not all, US citizens who profess Republican, identify themselves as “conservative” in their fiscal, social, religious beliefs and moral values, even as radio-television talk show host Sean Hannity proclaims, "Republican in party or name onley, but conservative first."

As their dutiful, counter part liberal Democrats, conservative Republicans correctly and courageously hold their values supreme over party affiliation.

However, that being reality, today’s ignorant conservative Republicans don't yet recognize that while it indeed was and is the Democratic Party that practiced chattel slavery and Jim Crowism, the historical core values under it committed these crimes, were conservative. 

It is only the last 48 years that the Democrats have deployed deliberately failed, liberal-social, government policies and programs totalling 239 years, as the neo weapon of choice to destroy the chattel slave descendants, and subsequently, dissolve the Union.

As being morally driven by conservtism to enforce chattel slavery and Jim Crowism, and its member privately continues its practice, the Democratic Party accelerated its use of liberalism to further prevent their former, living human property, experiential US citizenship "as is enjoyed by white citizens."

Minus the literal practice of chattel slavery and Jim Crowism, conservative values of today's republicans are the same as yesterday's democrats.

The original slave owning-Jim Crow Democrats and today's Republicans embrace essentially the  same conservatives values such as: *individual liberty; traditional family structure and morals; small government; low taxes; supreme "peace through strength" military; fiscal frugality; economic prosperity via free market, capitalist enterprise; States Rights;

• "individual" - a form of conservative anarchy that is viewed by too many, as having absolutely no regard for the “general welfare” of others.

Honestly, what is more important, values or Party affiliation? Therefore, what legacy do we claim as our own?  Democrat, or core, conservative values?  Republican, or core, conservative values?  If conservatism was removed from the Republican Party, what values are left?

Indeed, the rank and file republican or conservative has no political alliance with the democrats and liberals, but there is no doubt about their core values connections with those of the Southern Confederacy and Jim Crow eras.

Therefore, it is imperative, that those of us who profess republicanism, re-radicalize to the original, 1854-56, foundational values of the original Republican Party, Guardians of the republic, which saved the Union 150 years ago.  See The Lincoln Factor

Remember, 740,000, young, innocent, white boys and men, plus 38,000 blacks gave their lives for this Union over the matter of black lives held in US chattel slavery, not the ideals of conservative values, etc. See The 740,000
