“We the People, in order to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility, provide for the Common Defense, promote the General Welfare, secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do Ordain and Establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

The January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation is the root, foundation upon which the Triad Amendments are based: the 13th, 14th, and 1866 Civil Rights Act, and 15th—these are the key elements to the Promissory Note to the Promised Land of America.

13th
– Abolishes slavery in the USA, except in prisons

14th – The historical “Birthright” super citizenship status of American-Africans, i.e., the descendants of America’s chattel slavery (inherited from the British Empire), the sole, exclusive Subject Beneficiaries of these Federal Laws.

15th – Authority for the new federal citizens to vote and help govern.

Sentence 2, B,
aligns with the 1866 Civil Rights of “Birthright Citizenship” Act, Sections 4, 8, 9, plus 5, in defensive support of Sentence 1, and 2.

A. “That on the first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State, the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free;

B. and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.
