The Sacred Legacy List consists of the names and families who made a financial contribution to the costs of registering this first, We the People, civilian-based, “The National Day of ‘January1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation”.

Post The Hayes family and certain foundational individuals, numerical listing will be on a “first come, first served bases”, and not the amounts of finances contributed.

It’s the will, and intent, of this sector of We the People, body politic, that this effort via the National Day Archives (NDA) will:

  2. Second, the civilian-based, “National Day of the ‘January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation”, becomes permanent, Congressional legislation as an official, National Holiday, occurring on every New Year’s Day.

As an official, Congressional legislated, National Holiday, the We the People, civilian-based, Sacred Legacy List of the “National Day of the ‘January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation”, will also be included in the legislation for all future history to see.

There is a two-week opening for listing, and all contributions are contractual via Justiceville, 5-1-c3 organization, with the amount of each appearing next to their names, will be listed.
