Albeit this matter is of the utmost importance to you, your families, congregants, and associates, including the near-determining fate of our American African peoples, which holds the destiny of all Americans of this Union Republic of 250 years as of July 4, 2026.
Furthermore, in light of the growing national security threat of homelessness, meaning that due to pressure from communities and neighborhoods throughout our country, particularly in the major urban centers where most American Africans, i.e., US federalized citizens, reside, and predominance of homeless persons dwell…President Trump issued Presidential Executive Order #13878, “ENDING CRIME AND DISORDER ON AMERICA’S STREETS”, the portal by which he will soon dispatch the military to force resolve.
This means, that sometime before the 2028, LA Olympics, via the military, the President will have forced relocated all visible homelessness from the streets of LA and the nation, pernantly placing them on federal lands in “huge tent cities” from the imates will never be freed to return to society, unless they can verify gainfull employment, permanent housing of family-friends sponsoring support systems.
Such is dangerous to the President, the military, law enforcement, who must work with it to identify homeless locations, etc., and the Union Republic itself, bearing in mind the gracious admonition and warning that Jesus/Yeshus prophesied in His last public statement of Mathew 25:31046,
“In as much as you have done it or not to the least of one of these My brethren, you have done it of not to Me.”
However, dear fellows in Christ, this message of admonition and warning is first to us, the Believers, then the world.
Therefore, I can’t strongly encourage you enough to attend the Thursday evening Zoom session hosted by Bro Hooper, addressing and learning the federal powers that we have as a result of the chattel slavery heritage. Federalized citizens of the exclusive super citizenship status are granted to resolve this matter before the “great and terrible day of the LORD doth come”.
Please see below the federal laws. This week, we focus on the Emancipation Proclamation, the foundation of the federal laws that are the most important set of legal documents for federally recognized black citizens, second only to the Holy Bible.

The January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation is the root, foundation upon which the Triad Amendments are based: the 13th, 14th, and 1866 Civil Rights Act, and 15th—these are the key elements to the Promissory Note to the Promised Land of America.
13th – Abolishes slavery in the USA, except in prisons
14th – The historical “Birthright” super citizenship status of American-Africans, i.e., the descendants of America’s chattel slavery (inherited from the British Empire), the sole, exclusive Subject Beneficiaries of these Federal Laws.
15th – Authority for the new federal citizens to vote and help govern.
Sentence 2, B, aligns with The Acts Sections 4, 8, 9, plus 5, in defensive support of Sentence 1, and 2.
A. “That on the first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State, the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States, shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free;
B. and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.
