Wall Street To Skid Row, LA The Homeless Capital of America

To Complete The Unfinished Business of the Declaration of Independence

Concerning the Descendants of the Nations’ Slaves

CAUTION-WARNING

Over the years, whenever movements for human justice whether they be anti-war/pro-peace, the struggles within foreign countries of governments suppressing certain citizenry, from South Africa, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Vietnam etc; to environmental pollution, to the Tea Party; the dire plight of the homeless and American Black US citizens, is always left behind, with the promise of “later”.

Even the African American leaders have abandoned these peoples.  We must not!

Whenever these movement disbanded, and the demonstrators “go home” or return to “business as usual” to continue seeking their personalized American Dream, the most negatively effected in society being the homeless and Blacks, remains the same, which is why the latter is 17 % unemployment rate.

Not since the 1960’s struggles has American been afforded such a wonderful opportunity to finally cause this New Nation to heal from the slavery-race “wound” and complete the unfinished business started by our Founding Fathers and the framers of the Civil Rights laws designed specifically to aide the former slaves, which is the American Creed.

It is proposed that in foundations of this movement to address the corruption of Wall Street, the plight of the homeless and Blacks be at the fore serving us as the shield of moral rectitude and authority against the ravages of avarice.

It would be the sham of shams for the movement to criticize the Wall Street entity and blatantly ignore the plight of the Homeless and Blacks, especially in Los Angeles, the Homelessness Capitol of the America.

The agenda of this movement must now morph into one that points out the extreme and vast gap between Wall Street and the

folks at the bottom of society that is, Skid Row.

To not morally address this matter, puts the movement in the same space as that of Wall Street, because for us to ignore the Homeless is to do worse than the folks we castigate for being greedy, as supposedly we know better than they.

Our movement must not be one that is solely concerned with money, party politics or governmental squabbling, but rather the moral cause for what it means to American and human.  We seek moral justice first and our other temporal concerns will follow.

Eventually, the Occupation must be broken up, either by law enforcement or folks will simply grow weary with the intransigence of the Wall Street entity and participants will began to “eat” other and we deteriorate into an event that came and went.

We need a visionary cause with human face in order to overcome any law enforcement tactics or a “wait them out” strategy.

Our occupiers movement needs an inspirational element that will not only keep us together regardless of the adversities, but will also give us the edge in addressing the destructive issues of our nation

I bring to you some expertise and experience that help us to not repeat the mistakes of past social movements, including the Civil Rights, and not be cast in the same light as Wall Street of being about our personal financial comfort, while the Homeless, former slaves and poor peoples throughout this country and world remain suppressed.
