Operation Wall Street To Skid Row, LA The Homeless Capital of America

To Complete The Unfinished Business of the Declaration of Independence Concerning the Descendants of the Nations’ Slaves

“Homeless is the ultimate statement of what has gone wrong in society and is the polar opposite and indictment against Wall Street avarice-greed and corrupted government.”

Greeting Body Politic of “Wall Street” Occupiers,

On behalf of Homeless peoples in Los Angeles, the Capital of Homelessness, as well as those nationally and globally, along with American Black US citizens, i.e., Emancipated, Freed Slaves, Freemen and Refugees, I am making a proposal of plan, strategy and several requests to you.

It is the intent of my colleagues and I to bring something of extreme value to the “table” that could very well set the “Wall Street” brokers-entity and governmental jurisdictions in an indefensible position. 

It is a plan and strategy that will empowers the “occupiers” to take and own the high moral ground against Wall Street and the governments that it has corrupted by its severe love of money, for which the suffering masses of the world will stand up in hope and cheer for the real change that they have been waiting for.

Please see the attached documents of which one is a narrative, while the other is a basic outline of this proposal.

As for me, I have the leading activist for the Homeless in Los Angeles since 1985 and like no other in America has created a National Plan to end homelessness which belongs to the United States Housing and Urban Development.  See www.TedHayes.US/Domevillage

Also, in addressing the plight of Blacks the former slaves, who have been protesting “Wall Street” from the beginning being that it as the United States itself is built upon the backs of our ancestors, I have another plan that specifically deals with them, called the Martin Luther King, Jr. DREAM Act 2012 (a bill) see www.TedHayes.US

Your protocols of governing in the occupiers communities, is respected, therefore I am requesting to meet with your body of facilitators to share in greater details of the plan and strategy.

Can such a meeting be arranged ASAP?
