Defending Black Civil Rights in the 21st Century

"We The People”

and

  The Third Civil Rights Movement

(Ted Hayes, CAB – 03/18/07)

In the glorious eleven (11) years of 1854-165, “We The People” of the United States of America came their senses and stopped being hypocritical by earnestly beginning to live up to the words of their founding fathers great “dream” of Freedom and Liberty.

Through a brutal Civil War (1860-1865) the American peoples ended slavery and launched two movements to give citizens rights to their Black West African chattel slaves, which has been dubbed Civil Rights Movements.

The first Civil Right Movement was conducted in 1866 by the Republican led 39th US Congress.  This Congressional movement consisted of the Thirteenth (13th), Fourteenth (14th) and Fifteenth (15th) Amendments of the US Constitution, which was sparked by the Republican Sixteenth President of the United States, the late Abraham Lincolns’ Emancipation Proclamation of 1863.

This set of Amendments of the 1866 Civil Rights movement and Acts, which were the first to be added to the Constitution in nearly 55 years, is known as the PROMISSORY NOTE. * See attached “I Have A Dream” speech of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Before he was assassinated by Democrats, Mr. Lincoln and party had planned that after freeing them from slavery, the United States would restore dignity to Black Africans whom it enslaved, their children and descendents by a Reparations movement known as the Reconstruction.

However, after only twelve tumultuous years (1865 thru 1877) of aggressive sabotage by the Democrats and their terrorist arm of the Klu Klux Klan (KKK) the first effort – Civil Rights Movement to repair or make amends-Reparations to Blacks for the horrific damage done to them by “We The People” of the United States came to a early crashing end.

For the next one hundred (100) years, (1863,65 thru 1964,65) the children of the Black West African Americanized chattel slaves suffered government-legislated and terrorist denial of those great and just benefits i.e. the PROMISSORY Note – Reparations.

Upon examining the contents of the first Civil Rights Act, especially in the Fourteenth Amendment, it is clearly legislated that that as result of their enslavement, and a way to mend the wounds, Blacks were and are actually declared a “protected” people (* even more so than the indigenous peoples of this conquered land – Indians), even if necessary by the all branches of the US military.

Know the far reaching devastatingly destructive effects on them, this special status decreed upon the enslaved West African Blacks and their children in the so-called peculiar institution of these United States, was to remain until they arrived at parity with American White citizens.

Unfortunately, this Promise has never been fulfilled by the “We the people” US Government, hence, the late Dr. Kings’ insightful and wise observation concerning the unfulfilled PROMISSORY NOTE

Then “We the people” made a great attempt in a second Civil Rights movement which culminated in 1964 to finish or fulfill the broken Promise of the first one with passage of the Civil Rights Bill into another such Act followed by the so-called Voters Right Act of 1965.

The great second Civil Rights Movement was again Republican led, but people inspired and instigated by predominately various Black groups, White groups and largely Jewish support.

Ironically, the second Civil Rights Movement was high jacked by the Democrats who ingeniously bamboozled Blacks into their political party which was the culprit that originally held them in slavery and legislated the oppressive of Black Codes, i.e. Jim Crow-ism all the way thru the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Cleverly, in the name of Civil Rights, the Democratic Party Black US citizens with the poisonous pill of socialist welfare state dependency and the sweeping 1965 new Immigration laws.

This stealthy double-hit attack upon Blacks crippled them for a generation (* forty years 1964-65-68 thru 2004-008) which has led to the dire conditions and situation of self-destruction and now massive illegal “immigration”, which of course, the later is promoted by the Democratic Party.

Once again the “We The People” failed to fulfill the dictates of the first Civil Rights Movement of the PROMISSORY NOTE – Reparations for the original offense against the West African Black slaves, their children and descendants with the second Civil Right Movement.

Sunday, March 25th, 2007 will mark the historical launching of what is intended by the CAB and the March 25th Coalition II as the Third and final Civil Rights Movement to bring Black US citizens up to parity with those who are White and now otherwise…Asian, Latino-Hispanic, Meso & South American, European, Australian, even modern Africa and women.

The Third Civil Rights Movement will generate not necessarily new laws, but rather acts to fulfill the unfinished business of the first two.

Please come and support this great and wonderful effort of “We The People” as we struggle to wrest our Civil Right from the grip of citizens of foreign countries illegally within the our own, the United States of America.
