Los Angeles, This Friday, August 25th, 2006, Black, Homeless and anti-illegal “immigration” activists in Chicago from Los Angeles are, to humbly and peacefully confront Elvira Arellano, a citizen of the United Mexican States (Mexico) who has illegally entered the United States of America.

Added to her illegality, Ms. Arellano has now ignorantly taken religious, economical, social and political asylum in the Aldalberto United Methodist Church with the support of the congregation's pastor. Tragically, accompanying this citizen of Mexico is her 7-year-old son, Saul, a purported, alleged, “self-styled” American citizen. What is know as an “anchor-baby”

Erroneously she is foolishly utilizing a Civil Rights law in the US Constitution that does not provide nor is meant for her, a Mexican citizen in any way possible, but rather is exclusively the property of West African Black Americanized chattel slaves and their children…descendents, which is the Fourteenth Amendment Section 1 of the US Constitution.

“The Fourteenth Amendment is being misused, abused, and high-jacked for unwarranted, immoral, shameful and illegal purposes. Its’ original intent must be salvaged from the hands of citizens from Mexico and/or any foreigner seeking illegal asylum at the expense of Black US citizens!” Terrance Lane, CAB Commander of Information

The Black activist from CAB will be accompanied by Mr. William Buchanan an expert on the Fourteenth Amendment who is a leader in the American National Immigration Reform (ANCIR) organization based in Washington DC.

Furthermore, Black US citizens resent the scandalously “pimping” of the good name of the late Ms. Rosa Parks to emotionally “smoke-screen” and bamboozle their disgusting attempts to roll the heritage of West African Black Americanized chattel slaves and their children…descendents.

“CAB is initially coming to the young woman and her leaders in a humble fashion seeking to know and understand the reasoning of their actions and to hear the sentiments of American Black US citizens.” James Spencer, CAB Co-founder and Commander of Strategic Response

“CAB sincerely hopes that this matter can be discussed in a spirit of brotherhood, tolerance, friendship, and camaraderie in the cause for Justice.” Gerald Pitts, CAB Commander of Numbers.

“This contrived act by leaders of the United Mexican States invasion of the USA, is the most ignorant, flagrantly arrogant, sinister, insensitive, vengeful and racist act against American Black citizens at its highest levels. It is a deliberate attempt to literally eliminate us and steal our beloved heritage, thereby, destroying the United States of America itself.” Ted Hayes, Chief, Crispus Attucks Brigade (CAB)

The Mexican Civil Rights Struggle

Are Mexicans protesting the right government?

Q. Do Mexican citizens deserve a homeland they don't feel the need to abandon?

Q. Does protesting America put more or less pressure on the Mexican government to reform?

Q. Is any American politician demanding reform in Mexico?

Q. Is Vicente Fox committed to building a nation worth fighting for and living in?

Q. Are politicians missing the point by framing Illegal Immigration as an "American" problem?

Q. Is Mexico worth fighting for?

The time has come for Mexican citizens to stand up and fight for their home country.
Not abandon it.
