• Each and every warrior of the “New” Buffalo Soldiers must adhere to the Initial points of the Crispus Attucks Brigade;

• Racial prejudice and ideals of superiority Religious and national bigotry is not and will not be tolerated. The “New” Buffalo Soldiers are to have no alliance with racist, bigoted, of supremacist individual, group, organization or movement;

• While the “New” Buffalo Soldiers is predominantly American Black US citizen oriented, Latino-Mesoamerican (Mexican and Central America) and all other ethnicities, races, religions, cultures are warmly welcomed in the efforts to uphold and obey the laws of the lands in which we reside and relate too.

• The “New” Buffalo Soldiers will and must respect for the race, religion, culture of others is a must;

• Offensive violence and abusive language towards others is not and will not be tolerated

• Loyalty to the mission of the “New Buffalo Soldiers is not an option, but rather a strictly adhered too demand;

• Each “New” Buffalo Soldier must become physically, mentally, and spiritually fit;

• It is incumbent and a demand that “New” Buffalo Soldiers respect all immigrants into the United States – legal or illegal and to protect them from property and physical harm;

• Negative gang related activity is not, will not, and can not be a element of a “New” Buffalo Soldier. The New Buffalo Soldiers extends the hand of Justice, Peace, Mutual Cooperation with any all former and active participants of gangs whether they Latino-Mesoamerican or American Black, White, Yellow, Red based;

? The efforts of the “New Buffalo” Soldiers is eliminate the need for gang violence and other negative activities detrimental to our conjoined communities;

? The “New” Buffalo Soldiers will strive to Peaceful role models to all children;

• The “New” Buffalo Soldiers will assist with the liberation of the Bronze Indio Mesoamerican (Mexico and Central America) from slavery in the United State from the employer-slavers (Empslavers…new word); the oppression of the culture of corruption resident throughout the region since the days of the Roman Catholic Spaniard Conquistadors and even from the days of Montezuma and his warrior ancestors;

• The “New” Buffalo Soldiers will join forces with non-racist efforts to move – ride upon the governments of the United Mexican States along with others of Mesoamerica and the United States of America to obey “In the Name of GOD Almighty” Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo of February 2,1848;

• Respect for Elders whether they are Bronze (Brown), Red, Yellow, White, Black or otherwise is primary, followed by authorities, and to each other;

• The “New” Buffalo Soldiers will seek from their hearts and souls to mend and heal the broken “arrows” (spirits) of the North of the Rio Grande native Indio peoples, such as the Apache, Sioux and many others; and undue the harm caused to them by their fore fathers…hence, the “NEW” Buffalo Soldiers;

• At least High School Education or G.E.D. is a must to be a member of the “New” Buffalo Soldiers;

• While Respect for the authority of the United States is expected, saying the pledge of Allegiance or saluting the Flag is optional;

• The New Buffalo Soldiers will respect the Flag of the United States and all other nations flags with impunity.

• Each “New” Buffalo Soldier will Take The Oath of Commitment and sincerely in a heart and soul-felt effort to work in a disciplined manner for the sake of all human beings;
