The Presidential, Comprehensive, National Homeless Plan to end homelessness

In acknowledgment of the January 21,2013 embodiment of the America’s most sacred cause for its existence, the Civil Rights Legacy and Heritage

The First African-American, “black” US Presidents’ Oath of Office and solemn promise to GOD, on two Holy Bibles respectfully belonging to Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr., to finish their incomplete work of ensuring that the descendant children of the Chattel Slaves, i.e., African-Americans, Negroes, Black US citizens, et al, experience “equal Justice under the law”, US citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens (willing immigrants), according to the 14th Amendment, Civil Rights of 1866, Section 1.

This Particular President – The Equation For Unprecedented, Audacious, Action

1. First African-American, “black” US President:

   • Barrack Hussein Obama, who like most Americans, are of willing immigrant heritages from both parental families (not that of the unwilling immigrants, i.e., chattel slaves and Jim Crow era Survivors), has audaciously proclaimed for and assumed upon himself this unprecedented, historic identity.

• On Monday, January 21,2103, Mr. Obama voluntarily dawned the mantle of Civil Rights, America’s highest, moral cause when he embodied himself with the  great legacies of Abraham Lincoln when to GOD before the world, the Presidential Oath of Office on two Holy Bibles, respectively belonging to each men.

2. The Homeless African-Americans, who are Jim Crow Survivors and descendants of chattel slaves, i.e., unwilling or forced immigrants are a mere 11% of the general population of this “nation of immigrants”, yet, are over 60% of the homelessness, not counting the scattered victims of the August 28,2005 Hurricane Katrina.

Ø      Note: This date, August 28, is the same as the 1963 Civil Rights March On Washington DC, the birth of “I Have A Dream” by Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

• Adding to the tragedy of homelessness, the people upon whose ancestors  and fore parents backs this immigrant nation is built and who looks like the President, leads all other ethno-racial demographics in nearly every negative social statistic of the United States, disproportionately and too often, numerically, such as youth gang violence and death

3. The World Citizen: As the President of the United States, Mr. Obama classifies himself as a “world citizen”, which is what he as Presidential candidate proclaimed on July 24,2008, to demonstrate solidarity with the 7,000,000,000 inhabitants of the planet, in which 2.5,000,000,000 are homeless with another 5.5000,000,000 dwelling in below western standards of poverty.

• As such, it behooves this particular US President, on behalf of those who gives him credibility, to initiate the model in America by which all nations will experience the “rising tide” out of homelessness with the United States.

4. As a gesture to White Americans, while he has executed special measures on behalf of certain other minority interests, it has been the Obama policy to avoid all appearances of racial biases by not specifically helping African-Americans, thereby somehow proving himself to be a “post racial President”

Note: The Obama policy has been “all boats rise with the tide” of economic, social, and political justice, but no special assistance for stated reasons.

Therefore…..

• Now is the time to end the four year, deliberate abstinence by this “particular” US President to grant the special “equal protections under the law” entitlements like citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens”, which orders all Presidencies throughout the succeeding generations to solemnly safeguard those for whom this nation enacted three, unprecedented Congressional Amendments, i.e., 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments. 

Note: This special legislation includes the instructive Civil Rights Act of 1866.

•  “Now is the time…” and “the fierce urgency of now” for this “particular” President to address African-Americans, particularly those who are homeless, with special emphasis on US Military Veterans. See “This Particular President”

The strategic effort to first address the African-Americans will subsequently aide all homeless peoples for the sake of a better quality of life and public safety for all concerned, that is, business, residential, property owners and of course law enforcement.

Now is the time, because these dynamics surrounding “this particular” US President will never come again.  Therefore, time is truly of the essence.
