On Monday, January 21,2013 as the First African-American, “black” US President, Barack Hussein Obama embodied in himself America’s most sacred legacies around the US Civil War and Civil Rights.

As he took the Oath of Office and he solemnly promised to GOD, on two Holy Bibles respectfully belonging to Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther Kink, Jr., to finish their incomplete work of ensuring that African-Americans, i.e., Blacks, Negroes, Colored Peoples, indeed the descendant children of the Chattel Slaves and Jim Crow survivors experience “equal Justice under the law”, US citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens (willing immigrants), according to the 14th Amendment, Civil Rights of 1866, Section 1.

There by his own proclamation, it behooves him of necessity to embrace and enact this Presidential, Comprehensive, National Homeless Plan to end homelessness.

This especially true due the fact that while African-Americans, i.e., chattel slave descendants are only 11% of the general national population, they however, represent over 60% of the homeless, not even counting the scattered and displaced, 2005 Hurricane Katrina victims.

As representing all Americans, homeless or otherwise, it is the solemn duty of this particular and special President to now heed the will of We The People in this “fierce urgency of now” matter. 

We righteously and respectfully expect him, as servant of the People to comply with our request.
