The Presidential, Comprehensive, National Homeless Plan to end homelessness

In acknowledgment of the January 21,2013 embodiment of the America’s most sacred cause for its existence,

the Civil Rights Legacy and Heritage

As President of the United States, despite the title of First African-American “black” person to attain the highest public office in the land, and his embodiment of the sacred, Civil Rights legacies of Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr., committing himself to complete that which they were not able, it behooves Mr. Obama to act Now according to mandates of the US Constitution concerning this matter of homelessness.

“Indeed, ‘Now is the time…and fierce urgency of now” to make the dreams of Lincoln and King, Jr. as well as all other Americans come, gone, here and yet to come, the reality.

In acknowledging his high claim as the champion of the weakest among us in this nation and throughout the earth and being now the most powerful world citizen, we are simply requesting that this “particular” US President, influence “Wall Street” (corporation and entities) to invest in practical industrial businesses for peoples at the bottom of society according to the National Homeless Plan (NHP). See National Homeless Plan at http://domevillage.tedhayes.us/

Special Notice: The NHP does not require tax funding from federal, state, nor local (county-municipal), nor financial contributions from the private sector, such as “Wall Street”, but rather it is provide a just and equitable opportunity to conduct fair balanced, economic and social justice business in this country and throughout the world, beginning at the bottom of society.

Note: The NHP concept is already paid for US federal tax dollars from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through its Continuum of Care Program in Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and sits on the “shelf” in Washington, DC.

In accordance to the Presidential obligation mandated in the 14th Amendment – Civil Rights of 1866, Sections 4,8,9, the President can the NHP, by-pass Congress and take it to “Wall Street”.
