Upon arriving at the White House web site to sign the Presidential, Comprehensive, National Plan Homeless Plan to end homeless at http://wh.gov/zb3V, please follow these instructions, because it appears the Administration has made it somewhat difficult for the average internet user.

Step 1 

Before you can sign the Petition, you must first and foremost open an account with the White House by

 clicking on to “Create An Account” located at the right, bottom side of the green “We The People-Your Voice In Our Government” header, under “Share your feed back”, where it says, “Log-in and Create Account”. 

Then create your account.

Step 2

After filling out the required questionnaire concerning your true identity to create your account, the White House then instructs you to go to your personal email to retrieve your account connection by clicking on the link in the email in order to verify your account.

Step 3

When you have verified your account, then you may then proceed to actually sign the Petition http://wh.gov/zb3V
