The Skate Boogie-Dance Show for The Zer0 %-homeless

National Plan & National-Global End Homelessness day

Saturday, May 4,2013 – 3:00 to 5:30 PM

The Two Phase Objective and Strategy of the Event

The Ultimate Objective is to encourage this “particular”, Hon. US President to implement the NHP To End Homelessness by influencing certain Wall Street entities and individuals to invest in practical “on the ground” – “Shovel ready” business concepts for the gainful employment of peoples at the bottom of society, beginning with the Homeless.

The Strategy to accomplish this Ultimate Objective, the Skate Boogie-Dance Show is a spectacularly, fun and entertaining, athletic, world-class event with a two phase goal.

Strategy Phase I:    Raises awareness to the existence of the NHP To End Homelessness which is

                                 located in the Federal Department of HUD – Housing and Urban Development,

                                 Washington, DC and the Los Angeles Homelessness Services Authority (LAHSA)

·        Most Americans understandably are ignorant of such a hopeful solution that moves us all forward to real progressive change to worldwide homelessness.

     This event will help to enlighten them with hope to have faith that we, with

     The Creator can accomplish that positive, life-giving change!

Strategy Phase II:   Recruitment of volunteers to help execute the Justiceville plans and strategies to

                                  accomplish the stated Ultimate Objective

The Secondary Objective is for the City of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation to repave the “Concrete Pond” at Venice Beach Skate Plaza by partnering with Venice Beach Skaters, Justiceville, and volunteer, private contactors as a reciprocal thanks to the skaters for helping the cause of ending Homelessness…as well as for public safety reasons.
