Request To The President To execute the Presidential, Comprehensive, National Homeless Plan
to end homelessness
In acknowledgment of the As President of the United States, despite the title of First African-American “black” person to attain the highest public office in the land, and his embodiment of the sacred, Civil Rights legacies of Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr., to finish that which they were not able to, it behooves him to now act according to mandates of the US Constitution concerning this matter of homelessness. In acknowledging his high claim
as the champion of the weakest among us in this nation and throughout
the earth as the most powerful world citizen, we are simply requesting
that this “particular” President, influence “Wall Street” (corporation
industries and entities) to invest in practical business concepts for
peoples at the bottom of society according to the National Homeless Plan
(NHP).

Special Notice: The NHP does not require tax funding from federal, state, nor local (county-municipal), nor financial contributions, but rather it is provide a just and equitable opportunity to conduct fair balanced business in this country and throughout the world.
Note: The NHP
concept is paid for US federal tax dollars from the Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through its Continuum of Care
Program in Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority and sits on the
“shelf” in In accordance to the Presidential obligation mandated in the 14th Amendment – Civil Rights of 1866, Sections 4,8,9, the President can the NHP, by-pass Congress and take it to “Wall Street”. |
