Sir, on January 21,2013, during your second Presidential inaugural, you symbolically signaled a hopeful world through your assumed embodiment of all that represents the sacred global American Dream according to the model established by the US Constitutional, 14th Amendment/Civil Rights act of 1866;

Therefore, we particularly call upon you as the First African-American, ‘black” President to implement the National Homeless Plan to end homeless by modeling it first in the United States through the plight of the African-American, et al, homeless peoples.

Note: While only 11% of the national population, the Americans whom you “looks like” represent over 60% of homelessness-not counting the scattered, 2005 Hurricane Katrina victims.

Such a reality behooves you, as the most special Commander In Chief in US history, with the huge influence capitol in your possession, to by Executive Order act in good and moral conscious to fulfill the Civil Rights legacies of Abraham Lincoln and Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., upon whose respective, Holy Bibles you swore to GOD before the whole world to faithfully comply with.

Therefore, We the People expect you as the assumed champion of the disenfranchised to take Presidential, Comprehensive, National Homeless Plan to certain “Wall Street” entities for their investment in business concepts at the bottom of society.
