The national salvation of the United States is contingent upon it proper transacting ofthe Congressionally authorized Promissory Note spoke of by the martyred-assassinated, Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, in his iconic, nation-shaping "I Have A Dream" speech of Saturday, August 28,1963 on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial during the historic, 250,000 plus march and rally for Civil Rights in Washington, DC.

 

The Promissory Note is that US Presidency signed “check” from the "bank of justice" to be “cashed” in Washington, DC, has four Pillars To Rescue the Chattel Slavery descendants and Jim Crow Survivors they being the following:

 

I.    Comprehensive, National, Rescue Plan (NRP)

       For Chattel Slave Descendants and Jim Crow Survivors

 

II.   Comprehensive, National, Homeless Plan (NHP)

       To End Homelessness

 

III.  Martin Luther King, Jr., DREAM Act 2013(MLKDA)

        A Proposed Bill To Save The Descendants of Chattel Slaves, et al, From Ethno-Racial Cleansing

 

IV.  Heal America Campaign (HAC)

       Healing The Generational Chattel Slavery-Race “wound” of the Nation
