Re: Who Has
STANDING To The Special Civil Rights Legacy, Protections and Benefits?
Greetings Mr. Obama,
According to the
edicts of the 1866 Congressional Civil Rights Act which is codified into the
Constitution of the United States of America by the 14th Amendment
(ratified July 9,1868) it is your sworn duty to defend it and the
particular special citizens mentioned thereof.
Remember this sacred oath?
"I do
solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of
President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability,
preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Please find attached a
document entitled “STANDING” which delineates between the
recipients of the very special protections provided in the Act, either * illegal aliens or
American Black US citizens, i.e. Emancipated Slaves, commonly known as
Negroes, Colored Peoples, Afro-Americans, African Americans, Blacks,
descendants from ancient West Africa in particular, upon whose shoulder
you profess to stand as the first one of us to be President of the United
States.
- NOTE: "illegal
aliens" is not
a derogatory term but rather one defined by the federal as foreign
nationals within the geo-physical borders of the United States without
official permission from the proper federal authorities.
Even though a generic
half * “African American”, you are not of the West
African slave cultured folks for whom the Constitution tolls, which is why
it is understandable that you apparently don’t have neither empathy nor
compassion for what is happening to us as demonstrated by your support of
illegal immigration, which in reality is a foreign civilian invasion.
- * You are the son of
a non-slave, East African Black Kenyan Muslim father and White American
mother
- * Your “immigrant”
status is confusing, being that your father was in the US on a student
visa and not an actual immigrant seeking citizenship here.
- That
is fair to say isn’t sir?!?
- * The West African
Black legacy and heritage of chattel slavery and the American US Civil
Rights Struggles is not inherently resident in the “DNA”
- of
your soul, which is understandable.
- * You were brought up
in a foreign and American, White cultured society. While as a young man,
you learned “Blackness” and married into it.
- * "Blackness" is
not you, hence, you are a citizens of the world. True?!?
- * Indeed, the
words of wisdom by then US Senator, Joe Biden to Democrats during the
2008 primary, that they were not to fear your skin color,

because you are "clean". We no know that he means by the word
"clean" in that you are not of the West African, Slave, Civil Rights,
Judeo-
- Christian
legacy.
By all indications,
you seem to resonate more with foreigners than with American Black US
citizens, as demonstrated by your blatant passion for * Hispanic/Latino
illegal aliens, many of whom are as yourself being, White-Caucasians with genetic tans.
- Hispanic/Latino is
an ethnicity, and not a neo-race of “Brown-Bronze” peoples, as being
purported by the La Raza movement as ploy to take the Civil Rights
Legacy of Blacks as the property of illegal aliens, et al
It is clear to me as
it is to you, that your multi-national effort to sue the State of Arizona
and any other sovereign State of the United States for defending itself from a
foreign nationals, civilian invasion, is in keeping with your “citizen of
the world” posture.
Nevertheless,
according to the Civil Rights Act of 1866, as President of these United
States, you have a sworn solemn duty before GOD and humanity to fulfill
this nation’s lawful commitment to the West African, Americanized,
US citizens and not foreign
nationals breaking into our country…violating laws and daring to make
Constitutional demands.
You are erroneously
and dangerously using the 14th Amendment - 1866 Civil Rights as your
Constitutional source of authority to not only sue the State of Arizona,
but to also drag out the enforcement of our federal laws of immigration,
thereby acquiring time for an attrition amnesty centered around Anchorism,
i.e., birthright, presumed or illicit citizenship that in time carries the
large Hispanic/Latino vote.
Also in keeping with
your attrition theme, on Thursday, July 1,2010, among other abusive things
that uttered before GOD and the world, you essentially surrendered our
sovereignty to the illegal aliens civilian invasion saying that the
federal government can’t enforce the immigration laws anyway.
Your rationale was the
following:
- Despite the fact
that illegal immigration is wrong and un-Constitution, the United States
doesn’t have the resources to effectively enforce the immigration laws,
It is too late, because the illegal alien population is too engrained
and intertwined into the very fabric of our nation, and to do so would
cause immense economical, social and emotional rendering and suffering
to the country. Therefore, surrender!
Mr. President, I can
recognize that you do understand the incredible power that is in your
hands to enforce the full citizenship of the Emancipated Slaves-Freedmen
and how that same authority was used during the post Civil War (1860-1865)
Reconstruction Period, and of recent history by the late President, Dwight
David Eisenhower in the 1950’s (* ’57 Little Rock, Arkansas) and later by
the late, John Fitzgerald Kennedy in the early 1960’s (* ’63 University
of Alabama), etc.
And further, you know,
that the Republican architects of the 1866 Civil Rights granted special
Presidential powers that he may override municipal, county and state
authorities who rebelled against the Constitutional mandates for the
advancement of Black Freedmen in full “equal justice under the law” US
citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens”.
Not able to get “equal
justice under the law” protections from the antics of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK),
the anti-Black terror arm of the Democratic Party, and other White
supremacist entities, Emancipated -Freed Slaves had no other recourse but to look
to the federal government for deliverance, i.e., the White House and
Department of Justice, which we applaud Eisenhower and Kennedy for.
Recognizing that
special Executive Order power of the Presidency, you and Mr. Holder have
discovered a clever way to heretically defend citizens of foreign nations
colonizing Arizona as well as other states throughout our country.
Your are in grievous,
dangerous error, because you are attempting to take that which
specifically belongs to American Black US citizens, i.e. the Civil Rights
Legacy that is to benefit them into full citizenship which we don’t
presently experience, and giving it to foreign nationals in violation of our laws
and those of international decency
Sir, this is an
outrage and betrays everything that our nation stands for, especially as
it relates the unfinished business of that this New Nation has with GOD on
behalf of the Black Emancipated-Freed Slaves.
You and Mr. Holder,
two so-called African Americans have twisted the Civil Rights legacy into
one that is primarily based on race and skin color, because you are
charging Arizona with violating the Civil Rights of White,
Hispanic/Latino-primarily Mexican illegal aliens who are being contrived a
neo-race “Brown-Bronze” racial minority-majority, thereby qualifying
for Civil Rights protections.
In doing so, you claim
that only the Federal Government has the Constitutional authority to make
and enforce immigration laws, not the several States.
This action by White
peoples such as yourself and the Hispanic/Latino La Raza movement of
stealing our legacy, replacing illegal aliens in the stead of Blacks, and
disguising yourselves as a racial minority-majority, is the worse kind of
racist abuse of the Emancipated Slave-Freedmen in US history.
The Emancipation
Proclamation, 13th, 14th, 15th Amendments and the Civil Rights Act of 1866
was granted to the Emancipated Slaves, not because of their racial
characteristics such as color and hair texture, but rather the unique
experience by which we were brought into this New Nation as chattel slaves
for 246 years (1619 – 1865 via transference of jurisdiction from the
British Empire to that of the United States, July 4,1776) and the
subsequent oppressive racial discrimination legislation that they suffered
for 98 years (1866-1964), i.e., Jim Crow-ism.
These Constitutional
Mandates were not for folks who willingly entered the United States
illegally or illegally, but rather the chattel slaves and their
children-descendents who did not choose to come here.
It is in your interest
before Almighty GOD that you cease and desist of this rebellious actions
to rather fulfill the Presidential duties to American Black US citizens that you are
Constitutionally charged with.

sacred duty to GOD and the Emancipated Slave-Freedmen.
