Introduction Beginning in 1866 after the end of the US Civil War on April 9,1865 in Appomattox, Virginia a Radical Republican led Congress legislated three great Constitutional Amendments – (the 13th, 14th, and 15th) and pivotal Civil Rights Act to ensure to the emancipated chattel slaves also known as the Freedmen, Freemen and Refugees full “equal justice under the law” citizenship “as is enjoyed by White citizens” Link http://tedhayes.us/CVR_civil_rights_act_of_1866.htm
No other ethno-racial-nationality under US jurisdiction has the unique, unprecedented Constitutional STANDING for special protections as does American Black Citizens, i.e., Emancipated Slaves, Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees.
Such STANDING and its fulfillment or completion was/is the true meaning and/or intent of the American Founding Fathers.
It was/is their wish that the New Nation someday soon, would emancipate and liberate its' West African Americanized chattel Slaves and subsequently award full US citizenship to them and their succeeding, contiquate generations as described in the Declaration of Independence, being the national Birth Certificate.
That Birth Certificate is also a business contract made by the Founders with Natures' GOD Who created all equally and endowed the inalienable rights “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness”.
The grand business contract was an agreement with HIM, the Promissory Note of the Declaration that HIS children in the bondage of slavery would be freed and brought into the "equal justice under the law" joys of liberty, etc. the "White citizen" immigrants experienced or suffer the pain of national demise.
Hence the late Rev-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., loudly proclaims from the hallowed steps of the Lincoln Memorial concerning his dream for America’s commitment to the Negroes who were enslaved for 235 years and afterwards racially profiled by law for 99, saying “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal." http://tedhayes.us/THAC_I_Have_A_Dream_Speech.htm
When young Dr. King first made this cry on August 28,1963, it was clear that the promise declared in the sacred document was not being equally applied to all US citizens, but was rather for “White citizens” and thereby willfully neglecting those who were of the Emancipated Slave class. A blatant American hypocrisy!
In this United States of America, dubbed by many as “a nation of immigrants, built by and for them-immigrants”, of all the ethno-racial-nationalities who have made this land and jurisdiction their own and do prosper, those who are American Black US Citizens, formerly the slaves are in a spiraling downward race to total destruction.
According to various research studies, 46 years after the historic 1964 Civil Rights Act ending racial discriminatory legislation, i.e., Jim Crow-ism, the descendants of the chattel slaves today in 2010 lead all other ethno-racial-nationalities or groups in nearly every negative social statistic of the United States.
“The Negro Is Still Not Free” Even grimmer, young Dr. King, Jr. opens his “I Have A Dream” speech with the alarming words that even then, in the sweltering heat of August 28,1963 that Negro in America was “still not free” 100 years after Lincolns signing of the Emancipation Proclamation of January 1,1863, saying…
“But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the Negro is still not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.”
According to Dr. King’s assessment of the Negro’s “appalling condition” then in 1963 of not being truly free though having technical US citizenship, combined with today’s reports-research revealing that they are worse off today in 2010 than in those of pre-1964 Civil Rights Act, makes their state and fate far more dire than chattel slavery itself.
Therefore, despite the Union Victory of the Civil War that ended slavery and passing various subsequent Civil Rights Acts over the generations, including the famous one of 1964, the New Nations business with the Creator GOD acknowledged as the “Supreme Judge of all the earth” concerning the US Americanized West African citizens, is yet to completed, without which the American Dream is an unreality.
“The Unfinished Business” of the New Nation Foreshadowing Martin Luther King, Jr., Mr. Lincoln, wisely understood the meaning of the American Dream when on November 19,1863 at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania in memorializing the honored dead and wounded of the war deciding battle also loudly proclaims, “It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. Such a fact has been evident in this, what Lincoln identifies as the “a new nation” (brought forth on this continent by our Founding Fathers “conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal”), the Black West African US citizens have been in this devastating state affairs since 1866, even after being emancipated and freed from chattel slavery.
While it is recognized that there has always been what the late WEB Debois identifies as the successful “Talented Tenth”, the overall state and fate of the Freedmen-Freemen as an American citizen people remains one of utter devastation and rapidly trending downward.
The Grave Threat of Illegal Alien Immigration Civilian Invasion Making matters far worse for the languishing Emancipated Slaves and the most threatening to their existence in the United States American Dream quest, is the massive Hispanic/Latino-Mexican, illegal alien immigration, civilian invasion and occupation our nation.
It is understood that such a civilian invasion is a serious threat to all US citizens and undoubtedly is far more devastating to the Freedmen due to their extended generational state of weaknesses through which illegal aliens are usurping in the American Dream quest society.
This state of inherited generational “weakness” that the foreign invasion forces have seized upon by which they are Ethno-Racially cleansing Emancipated Slaves from every aspect of American society in areas of gainful employment, housing, health care, education, proprietorship, religion, politics, even welfare and correctional facilities, government (elected and appointed – law enforcement), et al, is a direct result from combined 235 years of generations-destroying slavery by the British Empire and the United States, immediately followed by 99 years of racially discriminatory legislation by the latter.
The Devastating Impact of Waves of Immigrants Since 1866, when Emancipated Slaves-Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees, with the aide of their Radical Republican liberators had to struggle not only against the racist antics of the Democratic Party and its terror arm, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), but over the succeeding decades and generations to this day been over-run by great waves of immigrants.
Ironically, post the US Civil War which was fought to liberate America from all vestures of tyranny, on October 28,1886, the French donated Statue of Liberty erected in the New York harbor facing towards Europe beckoning oppressed, tyrannized Europeans to come and participate in the American Dream quest, they came and added to the continued devastation of the peoples upon whose back this “nation of immigrants” was built.
From the late Fredrick Douglas to Booker T. Washington, to WEB Debois, many Freedmen leaders vociferously cried against this uniquely hypocritical American abuse of the Emancipated Slaves.
Now Illegal Immigration As harmful as legitimate immigration has been to the progress of the Emancipated Slaves was/is, it is this more recent illegal immigration civilian invasion that promises to be the final blow of devastation that will completely render them inconsequential in America which can lead to actual genocide.
Such a fate is highly possible when considering that after the systematic Ethno-Racial cleansing of the Freedmen from the American Dream quest, because having nowhere to retreat, Africa being an impossibility, genocide is only a natural occurrence. As the whispered proverb goes, “If Black people (leaders) don’t care about Black peoples, why then should anybody else?” Inconsequential!
It has been said by genocide research experts, that the act does not begin when there are bodies, one or millions on the ground or in ovens, etc., but rather in the minds of the would-be perpetrator of such when he/she perceives and renders the intended victims inconsequential because nobody cares about their fate.
Ethno-Racial Cleansing and Genocide Unfortunately, the traditional Civil Rights organizations and leaders such as the NAACP, SCLC, Urban League, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, the “Black” churches, the Congressional Black Caucus, the so-called “Conscious of the Congress”, et al have abandoned the Emancipated Slaves and joined the ranks of the La Raza Hispanic/Latino-Mexican illegal immigration civilian invasion in the name of a “Brown-Black” coalition against the proverbial “White man”.
Emancipated Slaves Abandoned The shameful acquiesce and/or advocacy for the pseudo neo “Brown” Hispanic/Latino-Mexican race by the African American “civil rights” leaders along with the obvious rejection by the Hon. US President, Barack Hussein Obama, has essentially licensed the destruction of the Emancipated Slaves by the illegal alien civilian invasion.
In fact, the so-called First African American “Black” President has stated during his campaign and after his election to the White House that he would not do, and good to his promise, indeed has not done, nor does it appear that he will do anything special for Blacks.
Yet, the “Black” President is feverishly executing Presidential power authorized under Constitutional mandates of the 14th Amendment and its progenitor 1866 Civil Rights ACT, he has become the Commander In Chief Activist for Hispanic/Latino-Mexican, fake, neo “Brown” La Raza race, advocating all the illegal immigration channels such as: open borders; the Dream Act and other amnesty antics; Anchorism-presumed and/or illicit citizenship – “anchor”-babies; and leading a multi-national alliance US federal law suit against the State of Arizona for SB 1070 and E-Verify laws.
While no doubt there are a myriad of destructive elements rotting away the very core of American Black US Citizens as a people, including deliberately failed socialist welfare government programs, abortion, substance addictions, crime, gang and youth crisis, family dissolution, diseases, etc, illegal alien immigration, civilian invasion of the United States of America is the greatest threat to them since chattel slavery itself and consequently the gravest national security threat since the Civil War.
Not An Issue of Skin Color, Race Nor Ethnicity It appears that the primary element that immigrants, especially the Hispanic/Latino-Mexicans use to gain entry into the benefits afforded the American Black US citizens, i.e., Emancipated Slaves, Freedmen-Freemen-Refugees by the Civil Rights Legacies and Congressional Constitutional ACT of the 14th Amendment and the edits of the 1866 Civil Rights is their contrived “minority” identification.
As a twisted perversion of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that among other measures ended legislative, racial discrimination opened the door of acceptance to many other ethno-racial-nationalities such as immigrants, women and homosexual-lesbian groups into the Constitutional benefits provided to the Emancipated Slaves.
While the “classes” of women (particularly White) and to a lesser extent, homosexuals-lesbians, and such “minorities” have gained from the Civil Rights Legacies and Acts, it is the Hispanic/Latino-Mexican illegal alien posing as a neo “Brown-Bronze” race erroneously has/is using racial characteristics, such as skin color to qualify themselves for it.
Playing on the unfinished business of the Civil Rights Acts, particularly the 14th Amendment and the 1866 Civil Rights ACT and the “White guilt complex”, the pseudo, neo “Brown” Hispanic/Latino race are quick to accuse American “White citizens” and all others who resist their illegal alien immigration invasion antics such a the Dream Act, Anchorism etc, of racism against them.
Unfortunately, this tactic has worked wonderfully thus far.
However, the 13th, 14th 15th Amendments and the 1866 Civil Rights ACT was granted to the emancipated West African chattel slaves and their succeeding freed children-in their generations, not for the color of their skin or other racial characteristics, but rather due to the most unique experience by which their ancestors were brought to this “New Nation conceive in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal”.
The Radical Republican architects of these great Constitutional Amendments recognized that the West Africans who happen to be Black-Negroid-colored, like not other ethno-racial-nationality immigrant group were always under the jurisdiction of the United States since they were inherited from the British Empire July 4,1776.
They recognized that “We the People of the United States” were dangerously violating America’s Contract with the Creator-GOD-Supreme Judge in the sacred Declaration of Independence by the continued enslavement and civil abuse of the West Africans.
Therefore, out of a correct sense of obedience to that Birth Certificate Contact the Congress under Radical Republican leadership granted these great and unprecedented Amendments to the West African slaves and their emancipated, freed children-descendants!
The La Raza movement has the matter totally wrong on two levels, one being, Hispanic/Latino-Mexican is not a distinct race, but rather a White-Caucasian, European based ethnicity, while the other is that the Amendments were legislated due to experience into the United States, not race.
Nevertheless, the civilian invasion, occupation, illicit Anchor citizenship population continues followed by the subsequent Ethno-racial cleansing of the Freedmen who happen to Black-Negro.
If allowed to progress unchecked, combined with the 1987 Reagan Amnesty, continued border invasion and Hispanic/Latino-Mexican illicit population explosion, the fate of the Emancipated Slave is one of being rendered inconsequential and doom. All this horror in mind, we must take immediate action to rectify the situation while there remains time and good opportunity.
Such is why there must be a convening of Conservative-Tea Party-Republican and other American Black US Citizens to create and Manifest a counter and progressive plan not only to stop all aspects of illegal immigration, but to also move the New Nation to complete “the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced.” Abraham Lincoln |
